Very friendly staff, good room service, good shower with amenities. Good value for the money

The bed wasn't really comfortable. The location was good for us to go to the nearby dive shop but it's quite far from the city center.

Staff were mostly friendly except for the elderly lady when I told them they double billed me. She offered no help.

Being double billed, it could have restricted my funds. I also found the stay very noisy both fridge and aircon kept me awake as very dated.

The staff went out of their way for us. Big shout out to Rebecca the owner who took us to the airport when our driver let us down.

Great value for 2-3 pax. Clean and comfortable. They were flexible and understanding with check in and out time. Walking distance to the major dive and tour operators.

For the price point, some basic coffee and tea sachets could be provided. Refillable water would be more environmentally friendly than bottled water.

Website mentioned ocean view which it didn’t have! When asked to shorten we were charged a fee after much reluctance. It was right next to a bar with noisy customers coming and going.

The internet was faster than the other hotel but it was not secured. There was also a limit on devices.

The rooms are a complete fire hazard. They clearly have issues with theft so they welded the balconies shut. In the event of a fire you could not escape. I'm surprised palau fire code allows this.

poor maintenance, no restaurant open for breakfast, karaoke place right next door, One got coffee toasted bread, eggs, butter, jam on your room

All of the staff are amazing! They take pride in their job and are incredibly pleasant to deal with.Two restaurants are just steps away, and a little grocery store within walking distance

If you’re looking for a resort with a lot of amenities, this is not the place for you. No spa, no pool, not downtown, but it’s great for a couple of nights stay

The accommodations were exceptionally clean and comfortable. All of the staff were so wonderful and truly cared about making sure everything was just perfect. The location had two restaraunts within steps and a grocery store all within walking distance. Or they would arrange a drive to take you wherever you wanted to go.Oh, and a Dive shop close by!

The staff are all very accommodative, friendly and very helpful. They definitely gave above and beyond service. They made our stay very comfortable and relaxing. We are so grateful and thankful for them. Our stay was definitely enjoyable and it was easy to get around the nearby locations as it is very accessible with lots of restaurants by the bay and convenience stores nearby with amazing spots to hangout. I would definitely recommend this place.

Many different restaurants were within walking distance of the hotel. The staff was very friendly and accommodating.

I thought the WIFI reception was poor. We kept getting locked out and we had to go get new codes every time we used our devices. Also, the TV reception was also poor.
