No large mirror in room.

We had a very pleasant stay at Sea Passion. The staff was excellent with all matters and solved the one issue in under 1 minute. The location is perfect for Sam¿s Dive Tours and many very good restaurants are within walking distance. Will stay again!

The Breakfast is Chef¿s choice and it was very tasty. However, having a few choices may go a little further with guests. Wait staff was excellent.

Close to dive shops for diving and close to drop off bar and restaurant which was a good place to eat

Breakfast was not very appealing. But biggest issue was there was no possibility to get an espresso coffee from the cafe as it didn’t open until noon. Had to walk to the Cove Hotel every morning to get a decent coffee.

The location was excellent, close to restaurants and diving operations for tours. The outlook was beautiful and nice to have own beach area. The staff were excellent - always happy to help with booking restaurants, car hire etc.

Breakfast wasn’t the best but having the omelette station was good for us.

Excellent location walk to restaurants, set in a beautiful lagoon with great little beach and some fun snorkeling. Has a great beach bar over the lagoon. Staff excellent and so friendly.

The location of this hotel, the private beach, and the pool are amazing. You can snorkel around the private beach and see beautiful coral and reef fish. The beach bar is also lovely to sit at :) The rooms are large and have good facilities, breakfast is tasty (freshly made eggs to order), and the staff are incredible (they made our stay so much better).

Our rooms had a tiny balcony which you couldn't sit on, and everything smelt a bit musty. We also had a problem with a lot of bugs in our room (didn't bother us but might bother some) and there was alot of very loud consutrction happening all day in the reception - the staff are saints for putting up with it. Given how pricey it was, I felt value for money was lacking.

The location of the hotel is perfect it’s not far from the main town. Ngermalk trail is 10 minutes away walking. Great location to take tours to all the best locations within Palau.

For us there was nothing that we didn’t like about the hotel.

Even though I was staying only until 11pm at night due to my fligjt and that the hotel was absoluty EMPTY, hotel manager didn't allow me to do early check-in without paying a $60 dollar fee

Big room

Airport transfers would have been 44$ for one person. Excessive price. Snorkeling in front of their beach very bad, almost no visibility. Speed boats coming in with insane speed into the bay. Very dangerous for swimmers. Even though we asked before where we can swim, nobody warned about those crazy speed boats.We needed a SIM card. Lady at the reception tried to sell us one for 25$ !!! SIM cards in Palau cost 10 $ with already 8GB of data. We had a very bad experience with lots of scams in the Philippines just before coming to Palau. So having most of the hotel staff being from Philippines and witnessing this tried scam for SIM card, we cannot trust this hotel. AC super noisy. Neighbours smoking on balcony, so smoke ended up in our room when trying to get fresh air

The grounds are beautiful and there’s a small beach in the back where you can swim and snorkel. There are remains of a sunken plane and some giant clams to see while snorkeling. The rooms are super nice and clean.

Their food was bad. Their bar is closed. Their restaurant is only open around breakfast lunch and dinner and they don’t even have drinks other than 2 beers, 1 wine, and 1 whiskey. Also, their pool and beach close at 6 pm. I realize Covid was hard on hotels but you can’t charge these prices and offer so little.

A super friendly and helpful staff, great breakfast and lovely outdoor facilities all made this a great place to stay.

we paid $80 extra per day for an extra person in our room but they never gave us 3 towels. we always had to ask

Staff was friendly. Was moved to another room since the first one did not have WiFi. Helped provide contacts for tours.

Property needs complete renovation, food was below average, tiny ant-like bugs all over the room - harmless, but annoying and expect more for the price.

The location was beautiful, on a private cove, with a small beach, and a pool. Truly the setting was the best part. And the size of the room was good, with a very large and nice bathroom.

I was very disappointed with the breakfast. It was geared to Chinese tourists with no waffles, pancakes, pastries, croissants, and minimal fruit. Also the wifi was not great in my room. The taxi from the airport was expensive.

Very comfortable rooms with modern updates. Nice lobby, pool and dining area. Accommodating staff.

Dive shop and pier at the hotel, but mainly deal with group tour. Hotel staff very polite.

This hotel is conveniently located to Fish N’ Fins dive shop, which is who we dove with for the two weeks we were there. This is not the Ritz-Carlton, but the staff is very friendly, the breakfast is great, and while some of the procedures are not what we are used to (e.g. they still use actual keys for the rooms), our stay was great. We had to extend because of a typhoon and the staff was very accommodating. My favorite part, however, was the ability to snorkel in the lagoon whenever we wanted. It was lovely. I will stay here again!

The rooms are very basic, but they do have a refrigerator and we were supplied coffee every day. There aren’t any safes in the rooms for valuables. You have to turn them in at the front desk and they lock them up for you.
