Location, tranquillity,food,viue,warmth in the rooms,very polite and kind staff.

Old furniture,beds in particular-old and the springs are popping up and poking up in the ribs ... No mattress toppers.Towels old and thin...Very expensive for what it was offered. Sauna didn't work.No massager on site at all... At the swimming pool, there was a man who was a bit mentally disturbed and was borderline pervert...

dirty rooms and bathrooms, full of bugs, lights in room not working, poor breakfast and dinner, spa closes earlier than it should and only works if you warn the staff hours in advance to turn it on

Dinner was served just from two waiters for approximately 60 covers of guests.Got in for dinner at 19:15 ,after an hour didn’t receive nothing on table.Than I went to kitchen to pick up atleast salads for our table by myself .We were located on terrace without any lights which it was the excuse of waiter that didn’t see us.Once I picked the salads we haven’t drinks,so I went to poll bar to get some.After one more hour around 21:15 we moved inside with hope that someone gonna serve us.When finally came the waiter I order some drinks but he informed us that the mains(lately recognise re heat meat from yesterday) that there was only two portion left for table for for(after 2 hours waiting ,we were lucky that were there without our child).He offer some other food for us which been served.I ask him to ask his manager atleast for free drinks after the waiting but he refuse with very funny manier.The manger was wear with shorts and T-shirt without sleeves with very funny tattoos .As a Bulgarian I was shy from the couple of Romania who were together with us on the table,I paid the drinks for them as a excuse for the poor service at our own country.Small advice to manage atleast he can wear more smart not like his comeng from the beach or harvesting.

The view was good

Old, broken base. The bathroom is uncomfortable and has a very rusty, outdated shower cubicle that didn't even have the glass doors cleaned. Overall, I don't think they had cleaned other than changing the sheets and towels and the trash can. The entire balcony was "marked" by swallow droppings.The food is not good.If I hadn't been so tired after the trail run I made, I would have found another place to sleep. The price of BGN 150 is 5 times more than what was offered, although there is a pool, a sauna, but the conditions are really poor.

The nature nearby is stunning. Beds are comfortable, swimming pool is clean.

Menu in restaurant is very poor. We'd prefer healthier options. Air conditioners are old and we had to move to another room because was not working.

The staff was friendly.

The pool is not with mineral water. The temperature was far from comfortable (low). The cleanness of the spa zone needs improvement.

Indoor pool was with very cold water, steam bath - not working, poor restaurant and food especially breakfast, cold rooms with not working air conditioner. Do not recommend to stay during the winter time.

The indoor pool is nice, but the water was cold. 26 degrees winter time is a but too cool.I expected mineral water and it appear to be there is only one place with such-the public bath/sanatorium.The fitness is below any standard. Even dangerous.

Staff was very friendly, even if they don't speak English too well. Food was very good. Location is nice.

The room was a complete shock. Everything was extremelly old and dirty. The carpet was disgusting. Beds were broken, fridge had rust in it and did not work, curtains were dirty, the door has a hole in it etc

Nice, spacious room with a great view, food was good. The receptionist and the day bar man were very helpful and friendly. The pools were clean and with the right temperature for us, considering the very hot weather. Good location if you have a car.

The only working facilities were the two swimming pools and the steam room. Fishing was also offered for extra pay, but there was no fish in the lake. The sauna, massages, and the children's tree top walk were unavailable. The restaurant service was very slow due to only one waitress. The barman also cheated us two days in a row - we ordered 500ml wine but were given 350ml, and the second night we ordered 1l but were given 750ml. When we challenged them, they weren't happy, but we asked the quantity to be measured at the time of the serving, and we were right—no apologies or whatsoever from the staff. The fridges in the rooms are unable to cool. The shower was leaking and was a potential slip hazard. The restaurants is only open in certain times of the day, which is causing overcrowding during the opening time and inability for a quicker service. Many guests, who are visiting this place for the 5th time were also complaining and saying that it's gone down. It needs a new management with sure as it's seems the manager doesn't care.

Еverything was new,shiny and clear!Goog sauna and thermal bath,nice food and smiling people!

Thé swimming pool was 25 degree,cold and nobody exactly had used,in the rooms and on the floor was not enough warm.

The staff was amazing and helpful, awesome people.

The place is a bit overpriced having in mind that some of the facilities need to be renewed.
