Very very hot in the room and a mold smell

Excelent position.

Too much noise in the room due to exaust from restaurant. Avoid room like 501, we could not sleep. Bad experience.

Receptionist wasn’t helpful when we arrived early he said to early for check in I just wanted to dropped off our luggage, he stated that he didn’t have space and that service available but after one hour waiting just he let us storage one carry on.

Old hotel, max 2* hotel, needs to be renovated and refurbished, spider net in the room, avoid.

The hotel is in the ideal location with a spectacular view of the valley. Staff is very friendly and helpful. Breakfast was excellent. Rooms were comfortable. What more do you want?

No complain or room for improvement.

Location was nice, bath was great too! Balcony was a bit small, but that's fine as well.Breakfast was okay as well. Staff was pretty friendly and they had English speakers and menus!

damage on some of the walls, some areas had dust and dirt built up and the decor feels a bit outdated, nothing too bad, but expected a bit more from a 4 star hotel.

It was ok, the pool was nice, the view was good

The toilet leaked, they turned the hot water off over night, people were smoking inside the hotel pool area

We enjoyed our stay at Panorama hotel very much. The hotel is centrally located, close to all sites. It has a stunning view and the rooms are spacious and comfortable. We booked a suite and even the bathroom had a view. The restaurant also has a view. The staff is very helpful. When we arrived, the restaurant served us lunch, even though it was late in the day. The lady at the reception, Tsvetomira Yordanova, was particularly helpful. She gave us a great recommendations, including for a very nice local restaurant and went out of her way to accommodate our friend’s request for some additional items in the room. The hotel has 8 parking slots in front, which is a big plus for that area of Veliko Turnovo. It is also pet-friendly. Our small dog, Finn, was able to stay with us. We will return to this hotel again.

The view is wonderful. The staff very kind. Pool & Sauna were great! The studio was big and the bathroom beautiful! The breakfast was ok and satisfying.

The studio has too much furniture, such a big and beautiful space should breathe more so you can enjoy the view.

Hotel staff and rooms in general are good.

The restaurant was a bad experience. Go eat in town trust me.

The location of the hotel and the room was very clean

not a 4 star hotel!!! the furniture was old, beds not ,,upgraded,,. we had a room at -4 floor, which was located near the chillers and was VERY noissy! the breakfast was poor and they had a very old coffee machine..

There was nothing to like

Facilities were in a very bad state. The pool is a little bigger than a tub, the jacuzzi had green water in it, the spa had black mold. The king size bed in the apartment were actually two twin beds next to each other, the jacuzzi in the apartment was actually missing. The breakfast was terrible considering the 4* status. We had way better breakfast in the area at lower standards. There was nothing to like.

Personal was amazing , the food very good and overall it is lovelly place to be.

Bathroom was ... strange. The shower was attached to the window , there is no curtain so you are bathing in front of half of the town :) Parking was problematic , but that is normal for Veloko Tarnovo center.

Unbelievable view. Worth staying here just for this, but make sure you get a room at level -3 or higher (the hotel is built into a cliff and the lobby is on floor 0, the highest floor).

Very basic amenities, average breakfast. One elevator for the entire place, with no indication of which way it is going until you get inside. While this did result in a funny moment (a large party of very drunk, very confused geriatric french guests trying in vain to get to the restaurant), I can imagine it would be a pain if one was in a rush.

Except the phone in the bathroom there is nothing more which shows the hotel is 4 star.

I really liked the location, it was on the main street, it had a beautiful view and it was close to most shops. The room was clean and comfortable and it had a big bath tub which I liked especially. The hotel has a restaurant and a swimming pool which I didn't get to but I would love to try them when I'll visit Veliko Tarnovo again.

Not that many parking spots, but it's understandable why, as there isn't much space on the main street.

Top location. The room was with a balcony and view.

The parking is a problem because there are a few slots in front of the hotel, not guaranteed so practically there's no parking. We went to breakfast half an hour before closing and there were only leftovers.The price in booking was a little bit higher than the one at reception.
