- El servicio fue excelente, trataron a mi mam� excepcionalmente, eso nunca lo olvidar�. Ambiente familiar y tranquilo.
- Nothing. The receptionist took picture of my dirty towels and sent those pictures to my boyfriend saying that if we keep dirtying towel we have to pay for it. Very un professional. I left hurt and we a bad experience that never happened to us before.
Cons -
- They don't know how to deal with customers. I feel disgusted with the hotel service. I feel outraged, and deeply hurt in such a way that I will never return to a Calypso Hotel because of the service and the hotel employees.
