- The only thing that was nice was the position, very close to everything in Bușteni.
- Nice hotel, very clean, great service, very nice people. We stayed during winter holidays and the hotel was very beautifully decorated. Breakfast was delicious. We had free parking, and the hotel is located very close to the city center.
- Old furniture. No investments done in the last 20 years i assume.

- The triple room we got had no view whatsoever, just a very small window located on the top of the wall. We could only see the sky. The bathroom was dirty and broken, there was even a hair on an used soap left there.The breakfast was horrible.Everything was at least 20 years old (furniture, tv, bathroom, carpet), and smelled like it.
- They don't have an elevator.
