Alina made everything so easy for us like we were friends . Answered every time with details , as we were driving and she even recommended a place to eat that was perfect We arived late after we eat and we had no problems at all to get accommodated. Thank you .

The room is ok. A bit old style, but for a one night stay was ok. It is a very small hotel.

The hotel is a but old and the halls smell terrible from the carpet that is laid. No reception when we arrived or departed. We found the room key on the counter and left it there at departure.

The rooms were perfectly clean, everything was in order and the bed was very comfortable

The view was phenomenal, also staff and cleaning crew was great! It was comfortable. And train station is 3minutes away from the hotel, which is great!

Close to a lot of attractions.

The room had a smell of cigarette smoke, which didn't go away even if we opened the window.

There`s not much to be liked here except the breakfast which at a different hotel ~7 km away. this information is provided only after booking is finalized. We checked in as a large group — 22 guests in 11 rooms — and asked for a space to gather together. Initially, we were offered a cold, dusty, and unlit terrace. Only after we gathered at the reception they offered the dinning room - thank you for that.

The information on Booking.com was confusing, no breakfast was available, as the restaurant was closed due to lack of authorization — something we were not informed about in advance. If this had been known from the start, we would never have chosen this hotel, as breakfast on-site was a key requirement. In addition, the breakfast price was listed as 10 EUR on Booking, but we were asked to pay around 12 EUR. Overall, a disappointing experience — we will not be returning.

Hugh problem for us with the check in, there was an self-check in app when you arrive later at night and we didn’t get into the building at all, took over an hour to get in touch with the host to solve the problem but when we got in touch with them they where very kind and helpful.

Decent hotel in the Mountains. We were stopped at the facility just to spend the night. Food was tasty. Only one downside was that heater in the room was switched off before our check in and weather at the same moment were rough with a huge minus temperature and snow. No doubt that the owners and managers of this hotel were not prepared for such weather in April.

This property is great for it's price. The lady staff was very kind enough to still offer us "breakfast" even if we're already checking out at 12 noon. The only downside that we experienced is the check in. Their automated self check in system doesn't work as intended because it wouldn't provide the code for the front door and the doorbell wasn't also working. I had to call their contact number 3 times, and on the 3rd time I left a voicemail about the situation. I got a callback after a few minutes and the lady on the line was helpful. Unfortunately, the gentleman who let us in wasn't very pleasant to deal with and was even blaming us for not getting the front door code because he thinks that we are not using the app correctly. We showed screenshots that it kept prompting "please try again" and that is the only time when his tone changed.

Small but very friendly hotel.Good size modern room.I can highly recommend the restaurant, amazing food.

The breakfast was nice, and the restaurant that's inside the hotel was serving various local and international foods with a great price. The rooms were a bit smaller than expected but cozy and with pretty much al you need in them.

The fact that in room 4 the shower kept flooding the bathroom, we reported this and we've been said that there was no problem, thankfully we were given a lot of towels.The balcony of the room looked like it was never cleaned, in 5 days no-one cleared the ashtray, and at night there were like 6-7 big spiders hanging around like it was their home.

Very comfortable for an overnight stay with good restaurant. Very good breakfast. Friendly and helpful staff.

It needs to be particularly noted the whole hotel team was very very friendly, it was a pleasure to stay here. Even it was only for one night. Good food, nice and clean room. Thanks!

It is a nice hotel by the main road to Brasov.The staff was very kind, helpful and available. The breakfast was good and had a nice variety. Very comfortable bed and clean room. They offered some cold water bottles as a welcome, that was very kind after a hot day drive.Easy accessible and a good place to stop by on a long journey.

The view and the room, it was clean and modern.

The forein cleaning staff forgot to take the towels from the floor, but i called and solved the issue.

They view was absolutely stunning. The breakfast was good and the staff very friendly. We enjoyed the stay.

I would recommend changing the carpets. Otherwise everything was great

The location is not as it looks in the pictures. Is at ~2.5 km distance from Busteni, therefore it is difficult to get there without a car (public transportation was not available on Sunday).We were a bit disappointed also about the room view.

It's not really close from the city center if you want to walk but it's ok to arrive with a car.
