Front desk officer Mr. Sameer is very good pleasant person. He provided warm welcome and helped the needful during stay.

Worst breakfast.Everything is bad.

Worst hotel. Very bad experience. I never ever recommend this type of hotel to stay with family. Staff people are very rude. They charged more amount than actual fare. Worst breakfast. Snakes are roaming around hotel. No cleanness. I stayed there 4 days 3 nights and theydid not clean my room and change bed sheets. Property is very old. No proper maintenance.Getting bad smell in rooms.staff don't bother about your issues. They demand you more money than actual fare when we book the rooms in my booking.com. Don't go with family unnecessarily wasting of money.

The ambience, the suite and the pool were all very beautiful.

I hoped they'd have a buffet breakfast with a few more options.

The vibe, waiters, location, they allow our late checkout. Very friendly management. Tea was great.

No room service was available. No intercom. Our room was in separate property from the main one.

I really liked how the employees treated me (not the manager): always smiling and available, I felt very welcomed and satisfied.The location is excellent, and the pool was clean and ready every morning, extra towels available. The breakfast was also tasty and plenty!

The shower was cold.During the night, I was the only one in the bungalow area, which gave me a lack of security feeling.Overall, it was a good experience. However, it is definitely overpriced!

The downstair dining. The music at the night. Close proximity to the beach. 5 to 10 minute walk.

Very old fashioned rooms and amenities. No view of anything from the room. Room and bathrooms are not up to the mark.

I booked a chalet and got a hotel room.The hotel had time to notify me but didn't. Over priced room.No bed doona, just a thin bed sheet on top. Even prisoners get a blanket in jail.Very disappointing for the price.I wouldn't book here again. I thought I was getting a beautiful chalet and got an old room with a crap bed.

The breakfast was basic, no juice but the tea and coffee were very good. The food was very expensive. The staff was very good and the place was very clean

Very peaceful, quiet and clean. Staff was very friendly. Great location for access to Baga nightlife and beaches.

Electrical outlets worked but are in need of modernization. Beds were comfortable and clean, but on the firm side.

Staff was very polite and helpful. Pool was pretty.

This is the second time I have been to Cavala and the hospitality remains the same like it was 5 yrs ago. Amazing Stay. Staff is very helpful. Property is very close to beach . I will always stay here whenever I come to Goa

All the staff were super friendly except for one in particular.Shabana was extremely kind and went out of her way to help with any requests we had.

Breakfast was terrible and there was this one elderly gentleman who was super grumpy.Bring back the buffet breakfast!

Great location, very clean and peaceful given it’s located in the party central area of Goa. Staff were very sweet. Great showers with reliable hot water. The pool area is lovely, set amidst beautifully maintained, shady gardens.

The wi-fi was not available in rooms so we had to sit in the non-air conditioned restaurant areas to manage our business on the internet. But even the wifi downstairs was extremely unreliable and it was horrible to continually ask for assistance to restore it. Given the not inconsiderable price to stay here, good wifi should be a seen as a necessity to provide but it simply was not at all adequate.
