Homely breakfast. Warm staff. Clean room & bathroom. Very green and quiet area. Italian restaurant on property for dinner. Cozy vibes. Safe & beautiful.

Unavailability of autos. Local cabs are very expensive. Difficult to explore the area. Unavailability of a comfortable chair and a table to have meals in the room or for remote work.

Breakfast was good. New Italian restaurant is good. Ambience is good. Staff was good

Cleanliness could have been better, Since the property was inside a field, lot of insects, lizards were there. Washrooms needs a makeover

Pool was too small. we could not swim just walk around a bit.Due to the open bathroom, there where a lot of insects in the bathroom, especially during night time, otherwise it was a good concept

Amazingly well designed and thoughtful touches of artworks. A friendly host; humble and helpful. And lots of greenery complimenting a quite getaway.

Pls avoid this place if you’re travelling with pets.

This is not a pet friendly place. My poor baby was brutally attacked by their huge resident dog despite the caretaker assuring us the dog was friendly. Other stray dogs around the property and their other resident dog also joined in the attack. The property isn’t fenced so extremely unsafe as any random dog can jump in and attack your pets. The dogs inside the property are not collared or vaccinated. This made us stay cooped in our room for most parts as we were scared for our dogs. Also, the property demands a refundable deposit of Rs 1000 per day for your pets but what about the mental and financial losses we’ve incurred due to the attack? We rushed our pet to the vet and got her treated and the charges amounted to Rs 4000. That’s how severely she was attacked. Pls avoid this place if you’re travelling with pets.

The property is amazing as it feels like living with the nature.. as we were travelling for work, most of our time was spent was just for sleeping and getting ready. The stay is for someone who likes PG Goa style stays in the nature

The lighting was a bit low

There is no mineral bottled water but there are plates and bowls that you can use in the kitchen.The rooms and bathrooms were clean and the linen smelt felt washed and clean.The staff are sweet and don’t mean any malice. The manager was kind enough to get us beer bottles from the store outside the hotel. But in general, the place is not run well.My only favourite thing about this place was the animals in it. Several cute dogs, cats and cows around which made it memorable.

Had an underwhelming stay at Hammock Goa. My friends and I stayed here for two nights.The pool is really small but we really wanted a cold dip. We saw a person painting the area around the pool. I asked the manager if we can use the pool and he said yes. While we walked into the pool area, our feet got wet with red paint because he didn’t warn us after confirming that it was okay to swim.Also they seemed to be doing renovations while we were there. There were painters right outside our room and again they didn’t inform us - this felt super invasive because all the door and window curtains are almost see-through. We didn’t want to get paint on ourselves so we just made sure not to touch the walls or get it on our clothes every time we walked out. We checked before sitting or standing anywhere to confirm if something was wet with paint.On the first night, the manager and an electrician came to our door thrice asking if they can fix a switch. We said that we were busy. It is best if a hotel does these things BEFORE accepting guests into the room.On the second day, we went to the breakfast area which is inside the Ruby Cafe and the service was super disappointing. The person at Ruby Cafe told me to enter the restaurant’s kitchen to call the cooks. I walked in and saw the man who also cleaned the pool, digging his nose even while I was asking him about breakfast. Seemed so unhygienic because he said he would be making our breakfast. Finally a didi came out to take our order and she made food that was edible and tasted good. Props to her for being helpful.On the second day, I asked for boiled eggs and another didi who was also sweeping the cafe, made my food, and gave me boiled eggs in a bowl - with the shell on. :) They expected the guests to remove this. This is not a huge thing, but while we’re at it, why don’t I also cut the onions and clean the counter?

Mr Anil the manager was very cooperative in all aspects , he would even reply past midnight & serve us anything that we wanted, the rooms were also very cozy & rustic… Lovely property

It's a beautiful property and the staff is very friendly. We also had our dinner at the property, which was freshly prepared and gave homely feeling. Really enjoyed our stay.

The price of the food was expensive and since we were staying in a good location we could have got a complimentary breakfast..

The hotel is cute and well located. The staff is exceedingly friendly and nice. Anil at the Reception was caring and very helpful. We got the double deluxe room with the balcony which was spacious and nice. Breakfast options were basic but varied. Parking is available at the property, which was a boon.

Room wasn't particularly clean. The towels could all use an extra wash. Additionally, given that the loo is outside of the room, giving an open to nature feel, we had a baby rat sleeping in the loo through our last night at the property. However, all of these are minor problems which the staff at the hotel seemed eager to fix. Over all, a basic and cute stay.

Location and theme is very nice

Bathroom didn't have doors. Plus felt a bit unsafe in the bathroom considering reptiles could have entered the property.

Super chilled environment, with an amazing cafe serving delicious coffees and drinks. Zen space with super comfortable and nicely put together rooms.

It is very well situated and there is easy access to most places in Anjuna. The staff is also very friendly and helpful.

The place is massively understaffed. They don’t have enough people. They did not come and clean our room if not told. The place has major electricity issue. We had to move room’s because the ac was not working. The pool is much much smaller than in pictures.

Air conditioning was not working, one day they accommodated in another room after shouting but rest days we had to move back where AC was not working

Very nice and helpful staff.The little restaurant in the property is a very comfy place to sit and have something to drink or eat. The food was delicious. It was the perfect location for what we were looking for: just a quiet place to spend some nights and be able to do some work. Another plus point: the internet connection in the room was very stable.

Nothing, it was perfect for our needs, but to get around, visit shops and places you would always need a taxi, or your own vehicle, since it's not very central.

The best stay i had ever. Staff was so helpful. Especially manager Anil who helped us alot. Because of him we managed to do watersports and leave the town on time.
