It’s a place that is quiet with no passing traffic. Lovely to sit and take it easy on the balcony. Staff is friendly and helpful! Close to German bakery!

I had a room bottom floor right at the entrance where many parked their motorcycles. That was a big noisy at times but no big problem.

Good, quiet (except for the hotel dog) location off the beaten track.

Not enough sun loungers (only 3) around the pool which were wooden and very uncomfortable due to no toppers.The hotel dog (Alsatian) barking constantly! And believe me I don’t mind the dogs in Goa. Never any alcoholic drinks/beers in (a cold beer on return from a day out or waiting for friends to get ready on an evening would have been niice) and they didn’t seem to care to get any after asking every day! The German bakery was a short stroll so just went there instead.

Clean rooms and great cafe.

Early check in was request but no reply from the property, it was a waste of time to wait for 2 hours for the room to be ready.

Clean spacious rooms with good balcony views. Kitchenette, but no utensils. Nice clean pool. Parking facilities. Helpful staff. Free water bottle each morning.

Just the big German shepherd dog that seems a little wild. It went for me in the lobby and the staff didn't seem to know how to control it.

Loved our stay here! The rooms had so much space were very tid, big bathroom. Fresh linen and regularly cleaned. Room service was easy to order too. The bed was very soft and comfortable! Staff were super friendly and helpful. Would definitely come back again!

The location, the setup and cooperative conduct of Kapil.

They were short of staff, always resulting in multiple followups and delay in service. Even they had to be called up and followed up repeatedly for basic things like dental kit, bathing kit and cleaning. Also, the room service mobile number was not quick responsive.

During my recent stay, this establishment surpassed all expectations. The rooms were cozy and inviting, providing utmost comfort. The facility was immaculately maintained, showcasing a commendable level of cleanliness. The staff was consistently helpful and accommodating. Additionally, the in-house restaurant offered delightful dining experiences. Highly recommended for an enjoyable and for family stay

Could have used a kettle to make hot water or tea in the room itself, not a big issue but could have used one

We had a great time. It's clean, well maintained (especially the pool), rooms are comfortable and staff helpful :) Rent a scooter and you're at the beach in no time.

The 1km walk to the beach passes through the awesome German Bakery.

Breakfast could have included fruit juice. I also expected better assortment of fruits - only pineapple and watermelon were present in the fruit salad.

Including breakfast package having only 1-2 breakfast items.It should have been buffet instead with few more mixed varieties.Many dish TV channels were not activated, it should rather be smart TV.Intercom is needed to call for services instead of calling over mobile phones.

No staff response No Card payment When booking through Bookings.com All my credit cards are are verifed and later its saying declared by the hotelair and they are asking me to pay for confirming my booking. I booked through the site 4oclock and went for check in by 9.30pm nyt that time are telling that the room booking is not confirmed. Luckily empty rooms are there they collected money from us and confirmed the booking. We went into the room by 10.30 and then they re telling the restaurant closed by 10.30... its horrible handle the situation at the nyt.Here is my question Why the knell you are collecting my card details and doing verification?Once After getting confirmation who is responsible for my booking got cancelled whether hotel or booking.com ?Please see into this issues very seriously. We are using your site for booking for enjoying our tip hassle free, but last time I had a very bad experience.

the stay was good, staff was helpful, property was neat & clean.Good Parking space. German bakery next to it which was good.Interconnecting rooms works best for friends & Family.Food quality was good but less options provided.

Layout of room is not great. No hot water kettle provided.Very Limited breakfast option. Geyser didnt work properly in bathroom.Hand towel not provided.

Room was clean with comfortable beds with hot shower . Pool was clean and with hot shower 24x7.

Complimentary breakfast could have been provided.
