Lemon Tree Hotel, Dapoli

Location is superb on a hill top with vast views of the ocean. Breakfast is a nice spread, warmly served. Will visit again for sure !

It was all good

Beautiful property. Lovely views. Amazing food and very courteous staff

View from the restaurant is amazing. Rooms are large and comfortable. Staff is courteous.

Access to the beach is not too close

The food is excellent & the staff are gracious & prompt, especially housekeeping. The rooms are spacious and well lit. The beach is not too far & there’s a small park, activity centre, small pool & kids play area - all quite helpful for small families with little children. The buffet especially caters to a range of tastes & was a great combination of Indian / Chinese / Continental cuisines.

The location of the hotel is a little obscure & can been tough to get to. There were small maintenance issues that could be addressed- such as AC fluctuations & cracks in bath room corners. The Spa is yet to be open for service - and will be a great add once available.

The hotel is beautifully located with views of the fishing harbour and the sea. The rooms were clean and comfortable. The breakfast was delicious and food for dinner was excellent.

They could not check us out because their computers were down.

Location, hospitality of the staff, cleanliness and rooms

Need to install an air conditioner in the restaurant

The location of the hotel, staff and hospitality was amazing Food was also good

Basic tea and coffee were too expensive, along with the service tax on it.

Studio Suite was good. Property is small but well maintained.

Hand towels were not provided and there were cobwebs on the balcony shed. Both were promptly attended when the Housekeeping were contacted.

The location, staff, and in room facilities were excellent.

Great place to stay! Clean, great location and great customer service. Very easy to check in, and the chef and staff at the counter was so sweet! They were taking special care for our 1 year old, they helped her with nonspicy dalkhichdi through out our stay, that too on the house. Highly recommended!!! Had a great experience overall.

Breakfast Buffet menu could have been better.

The staff and the general manager are very courteous. Location is top notch and accessible.Room service is prompt.

Overall property is good. All amenities are good.

Pool area needs maintainance. Lots of areas are broken and not maintained neatly. Garden area is very basic. Parking is not so good with lots of dust.

Decent location, good food at the in-house restaurant

Villa rooms didn't have sea views, only rooms in a lodge like building has sea views

1.Relaxed environment..2. Restuarant staffs namely Sachin, Omar tried there best to awful food prepared by chef..

1. Poor upkeep of rooms. Found cockroaches and big beattles worms.2. Raw chicken tikka and malai tikka, stale promfet fish...3. Attitude of senior staff post complaint as no one came to check. Have taken some photo's. 4. Dish tv recharge finished a night before we left.

Nice Sea view from the Room . Soothing & calm stay

Food quality Bad

Facilities, cleanliness

Billing. Non mandatory service charge added to billing without due intimation

All good .Chef is too good.

Just one drawback that there are too many lizards. Kids play area should have been better.

Cleanliness, room service, staff, food

The location of the hotel was one of its strongest selling points. The room was spacious and clean, with a modern design and comfortable amenities. There was ample storage space, and the bathroom was equipped with all the necessary toiletries. The location, room, service, facilities, and food and beverage offerings were all top-notch. The service provided by the hotel staff was exceptional. The staff members were attentive, friendly, and willing to go above and beyond to ensure a comfortable stay. The hotel offered a range of facilities that enhanced the overall experience. These included a fitness centre, swimming pool, and spa (was not operational). The food and beverage options at the hotel were excellent. The breakfast buffet was extensive, with a variety of dishes. The room service menu was diverse and offered a wide selection of dishes.

Not really. Spa, Car wash or laundry services can be added

This property is simply one of the best in Dapoli. It's beautiful and is located in close proximity to a few well known beaches. It has a good sea view from the in-house restaurant called citrus and the swimming pool. The cottages are also good with specious rooms and clean bathrooms. The complimentary breakfast was also decent.

The approach from the hill to the gate was a bit steep and cars with low road grip can face challenges. Parking runs out of space at times when the hotel is full.
