Comfort Inn Emerald, Dapoli

I liked the super comfy rooms . The facilities are worth the money. And also the staff is very polite .

I think the restaurant is highly over priced. Since the location does not have other good food options one has to reply on the restaurant. One or two items and it will cost your a fortune.

Actually nothing

Very Expensive Food, Room also, not value for money. Facilities are average… Scope to Improve a lot. No Staff to attend. No parking space

Passable

We were given a room that had a connecting room and there was no bolt inside to lock the room from our side of the door. Someone new who checked in the other room managed to open the door from the other side while we were sleeping. That was scary. When we complained they closed the door from the other side and shifted the guest to another room. Not sure why they did not have lock on our side of the door and had not made sure to lock door from other side before checking in new guest

Everything was Excellent I would definitely use again and recommend to friends and family Very good location

When you book via Booking. Com or any other website they charge you for breakfast but if you book directly you get free breakfast with amount of money

The location was excellent. Food was tasty. Staff was very polite and welcoming.

Rooms were very small. Felt cramped.

Location was perfect. Food was good. Service was exemplary. Mr Dilipm and Mr Walid took excellent care.

The water from the bathroom sometimes flowed out of the bathroom while having a shower.

Location, staff, cleanliness

Rooms are a bit too small

Only room is good apart from that everything is really bad services are very bad as well as they said they have their own parking but there was no parking and they ask us to park the vehicle on road

Food is very bad for taste not worth for money. They don't have parking but still they have mentioned in booking.com that they have parking. We parked our vehicle on road which was not safe.

Room cleanliness

We booked a room with breakfast included but later they pay for it from us.. very disappointed.

Small but nicely maintained rooms. Rooms were clean and comfortable. Good staff and the food at the restaurant on ground floor was too good. Value for money. It is easily accessible from city center and is the best place to stay in Dapoli. We do recommend if you want this place if you want to stay with your family or you are on a business stay.

Nothing as such.

Breakfast not served at the declared timings....too much delay.....

They don't serve morning tea at the room....Even it is promised you won't get it..Keeping some tea bags nescafe pockets, milk powder and a heater is not an idealistic option in your own country where you will like to taste a freshly prepared tea from the kitchen...On 10th November 2022 the day of my leaving Kitchen and staff were not ready even at 8 AM to serve the breakfast and no items were ready also..This is the way they serve complimentary breakfast....The reason they given for the delay was that they have undertaken some pest control and kitchen was ready and hence delay..So be prepared for such unforeseen happenings if you are going to stay at this place. Or else forgo complimentary breakfast and start your day early.

The staff is polite and friendly. The room was clean. Location is great. Overall nice if you can compromise the room size.

The room size is small. The AC works but somehow does not maintain the temperature. The view from the room is not so great. You get WiFi in some corners of the room.

Super comfortable stay in Dapoli at Comfort Inn. All amenities were in place. Hotel is very tidy. Staff is well trained, cooperative and welcoming. We ate at their restaurant Eat Local and food was really good. I would love to stay here again.

I really liked the Hotel Ambience . Rooms was little small in size but every thing was fitted perfectly. Cleanliness was superb Bathroom were clean and with all amenities Manager of the Hotel was very humble and helping Nature . Staff was also very helpful

Nothing to complain. Would like to visit again and I recommend this hotel for everyone

Cleaning. Safety. Provided amenities inside room.

Power off in the night so could not sleep comfortably.

The property has a warm look and feel. It is cosy.

The rooms are small. This visit was particularly disappointing as there were no protocols being followed for CoviD. There was over crowding. The restaurant/ 24 hour dining was overcrowded. No sanitization, no temperature checking, no masking, no vaccine certificates checked. Very careless behavior from management.

Location and Cleanliness

Breakfast could be given complimentary.

Rooms are comfortable. All the necessary facilities are there in room. The location of the Hotel is in the heart of city.

Rooms size was too small. I feel like I am in Mumbai. Although comfortable bed and all the furniture.
