It’s a quite well maintained clean property, had a comfortable stay

Breakfast could have been better, since property is dog friendly, all rooms should permit dogs, I had some issues however later the staff agreed and permitted my dogs

Property is not wheelchair accessible.

The property indicates it is wheelchair accessible, but it is not. The property manager did not respond to the questions on this topic. The rest of the experience was decent. In many places, wheelchairs had to be picked on steps as ramps were absent ( room, restaurant, multiple areas).

Location was very good calm and peaceful

Bathroom was broken intimate the staff, but no response.wall plaster was broken everywhere . Bedsheet was not clean

1. Parking was a pain every time, facility cannot cope with a full house. They couldn’t allot space and wanted me to come back later to park again as per their convince despite me offering to park outside in the first place2. The massage and parlour keeps calling off interested in services when you’re taking rest despite telling them not to disturb, really stupid thing to do to guests who have come to relax3. Housekeeping wouldn’t pick up the calls despite repeatedly trying for assistance4. Welcome drinks not offered to us while we saw them being offered to other guests5. Having paid the huge premium for a pleasant stay, it wasn’t so due to the above reasonsI have stayed at similar hotels in the past but never had such experiences, surely not coming back.

I loved the way it was surrounded with nature. I loved the cottage but the gaming area maintenance requires upgrade. Food was good but ordering of breads during buffet takes time.

Gaming area requires upgrade and maintenance. For hairdryer, i had to contact reception.

The Location is nice and food is good both veg and non veg options are good.

The resort is ageing and in dire needs for maintenance and upkeep the furniture requires polish and upkeep, The AC has not been serviced. The room cushions have worn-out. There is no table lamp in the room to read newspaper or books. The reception also did not have any options to provide when requested. There is no Manager stationed so you are at mercy of staff. The lighting in the room is very dim and the lamps have never been washed and cleaned and have a layer of dust thus adding to the dull lighting. The room service and restaurant service is very poor. The in room dining number 123 is worn out in the room phone which actually shows how poor the service is follow up at least three times in an hour for getting the food an hour later. Always got cold tea when ordered in the room. You can skip this property and look for other properties near by cheaper and decently maintained then this one. There is no vallet parking no options to clean your car from road trip neither any option to pay and get the car cleaned at the resort. Lots of work to be done else the resort will not last for more than 5 yrs max.

Terrible service and hospitality. Everything is either delayed or doesn't happen at all. Very understaffed.

Location

The cottage which I had booked had constant power cut. As a result we were shifted to a room on the first floor, the alternate room was big but we wanted a cottage for which we had paid a good price. So we did not like the way in which this issue was managed by Fern.Breakfast was boring nothing much to look forward. Swimming pool etiquette were not followed. People were jumping in with their clothes with changing to swimming costumes and without taking a shower. Very very unhygienic and unclean and very dangerous to swim in such a pool. There were no rescue persons around. It was all deserted.

The property was good.. Clean property, ducks and other birds where there.. Kids played, Some activities were arranged like magic show.. Food was just ok.

Service was too slow. Geyser works on and off and have too much waiting time for hot water. Bathroom has an open area with some shrubs and plants. A try to give a diff feeling but not maintained hence full of mosquitoes insects lizards .. Very limited buffet options. Not worth the money spent..

Very good location for the resort.

There were frogs inside the bathroom and the towel stand and towel hook was coming off the wall. Seems like the place needs refurbishing.

Very nice location on top of hill and amid forest...good for peaceful serene stay....food is good and lot of options...rooms are big and beautiful

While booking I had selected one large bed for my accommodation but I was given twin beds as one bed and my infant has to sleep in the gap of two twin beds. Though they tried to fill the gap but still it was there. More of non veg variety was expected

Great location, well maintained rooms with a rustic feel. The resort is spread over a huge area. Attentive staff with excellent service. Ideal for someone looking for a getaway from the noise and traffic.

The food quality could be improved. Expect better from a Fern group hotel.

I like ambiance, staff behaviour, facilities like gym, spaDinner and lunch was best.

There is nothing to say bad.
