Hotel Malas

Location is good. They have play area for kids.

Some basic things need to be taken care of viz.1. They did not provide soap or handwash which is prerequisite in any decent hotel.2. They did not provide toilet paper 3. The cupboard in the room was very old and had rusted. It appeared that it had not been cleaned for a very long time.4. The water in the bathroom was muddy.

It was good Lot of options to choose from and they also prepared fresh items like pancake and omlette and served us on the table hot.

Room service, food, rooms itself were nice and cosy a big screen smart tv with good internet connection.everything.

Had a wonderful stay at Hotel Malas Panchgani. Clean rooms, friendly staff, and great food. Perfect peaceful getaway with beautiful surroundings. Highly recommended!

Rooms Interiors are not well maintained. Rooms are pretty old and does not match with actual photos on site.

Quality of mattresses!

The location was ok. The campus was good.

Room was painted but look old needs to be renewed.Food quality was not good at least for vegetarian , I didnt not enjoy the dinner as well as Breakfast.

The feel of olden times

Some food was good but some was too blend. Didn't enjoy the masala tea

Room was very old and rusty and toilet was in very poor condition and very rusty.

Beautiful property near to market. Lot of greenery, good playing area for kids. Staffs were polite and respectful. Food is excellent.

Rooms were little musty. There was smell in the bed as well. Cafe charges double price for packed items like chips, cookies etc.

very well maintained old property...very quiet...perfect for ppl who just wish to unwind and stay calm...food is too gd..Mutton khichra and Mutton Kadhai are too yummu..Staff is very gd... Tejaswani @ reception and Raju bhai in restaurant are very very helpfull and willing to serve.Overall a must visit for those who enjoy quiet and laid back stay.

Space is a constarint so gym cant be added. But yes one thing they can do is make name plate of resort in neon light. It will look good in night.

The best scenic beauty in Panchgani, you have the silver oak trees, a swimming pool with the greenery view and exceptional facilities. The food is amazing and the staff excellent.

Tata sky was not working.Bed is very small and very uncomfortable mattresses. extrra mattress was sofa cum bed and was very uncomfortable as they have charged 700 extra for it.Breakfast was not soo good. Really not a worth stay.

Cleanliness was not proper and there was bad odour in room and bed

Basic needs were not met … We had to complain about wifi not working , TV not working , basic toiletry was not present, bed sheets were bad

the standard room could have been bit better, moss on the wall, stinking washroom, should renovate the rooms definitely soon, paint the wall atleast..
