Cleanliness Accomodative to requests Helpful Good breakfast

No room for drivers to sleep they are forced to sleep in the car despite the cold weather.

Beautiful property, smooth check in process, helpful and fast housekeeping

Their best Indian restaurant Chingari which used to serve delectable galaoti kebab and mutton nihari has turned pure veg. Food at other restaurant average and slow service. Slow buggy service. Room looked much smaller this time. Very expensive and not at all value for money. Full payment required before arrival, in fact they threatened to cancel my booking if I didn't pay full amount by 11pm 3 days before arrival.

Excellent service and property. Great activities to keep kids engaged. Every person from housekeeping, FnB to activities were very warm, helpful and always smiling.

Everything was great. Hotel has added a host of activities for all age groups. There is a kids rooms with some pottery and slyme making activities that kept our toddlers engaged. Heated pool, games room, box cricket were some of the highlights. Food is very tasty, and staff is pleasant. Overall no complaints, pleasant stay.

Food is delicious but extremely overpriced. Struggle to find any single dish which is priced at less than about 1000rs, which is quite high. For toddler meals, only chapati and khichdi is on the house. We stayed 2 nights, so cannot expect the children to just eat that. Hotel needs to keep toddler meals complimentary which is usually at Marriott properties.

The property is beautiful and within a thick lush forest with well landscaped gardens...plenty of bird species were spotted....lil pricy though but then it's worth the stay.... infinity pool has the best views!!

My stay was superb! The staff also was very warm and welcoming. the food was also very good especially the evergreen burger with the charcoal bread. All in all an excellent stay.

Excellent restaurants, fabulous staff!!! We loved the Indian food and athmosphere in Chingari, with best recommendations by the Chef. Thank you! Breakfast , and also dinner in the Latest Recipe was very good as well, loved the butter chicken and the special pancakes for breakfast (there is also a large Indian section). And the staff was truly amazing and took great care of us. Thank you!Large stylish rooms and bathrooms, spacious terrace with fabulous views. Very good housekeeping. Always sufficient complimentary water, appreciated this.

One small thing, but it got annoying with time: the room badges stopped working almost every day. Was always fixed quickly but ...

The breakfast is excellent, and dinner is good. The staff is very friendly and accommodating. While the pool is a bit small, it offers a beautiful view. However, the Wi-Fi could be better as the internet is slow. Overall, a satisfying experience.

The property is beautifully designed and offers a stunning natural view. Surrounded by numerous trees, it provides a refreshing and rejuvenating atmosphere to brighten your day.

The infinity pool, the property in general is good.

Food, hot water facility not there everywhere

Forest like experience. Great food ! Great customer service. Friendly attitude.I would like to convey the warm hospitality rendered by Chef Bibhuti Panda and Vishal during the breakfast. The personal touch rendered by them was superb. The pastry with the ‘See you soon’ message was a pleasant surprise!

The room was bit small compared to charges. Could not extend my stay due to unavailibity

The over all property is exceptional. gives you a feeling of staying in a forest, the break fast spread is great and the live counters made variety of eggs, which are not available at multiple other properties.

The water was not as warm as it should be, there was only luke warm water,

Breakfast spread and quality was excellent, entire breakfast team and the manager were competent and friendly, particularly Yogesh, Pawan, Vishal, Samrudhhi and Hasnuhena were exceptionally good.

I didn’t see many guests walking in the natural surroundings of your resort, nearly all of them were taking buggy ride. Boards informing guests to prefer walking for good physical health and to get closer to nature for good mental health can be placed at some prominent points

The breakfast was very good with ample variety of dishes to choose from and the location was amazing specially being in a wooded forest.

For the price of the rooms it would be better if they were refurbished as although very comfortable the decor was slightly dated. The veranda sit out in the rooms was amazing though

We had dinner at Woods, food was not at all good. Chicken was not cooked properly.

Everything about the property is awesome. right from the time you are into the gate, the ambience is welcoming, pleasant and beautiful. staff is exceptionally helpful, courteous and responsive. ( all of them) ..best part is the layout of the property, they have maintained the natural trees and carved out the property. beautiful use of natural elevation and trees. they have lovely amenities, for elders and kids and a whole bunch of them, Food was exceptional.

probably priced little on higher side
