The room, pool , spa & the food were wonderful

There was nothing to dislike

Room and the hotel is spacious and clean. Its located on main road, easy to access. Has ample parking. The 2 baby pools and 1 normal pool (not deep) were clean and maintained.

The staff needs training is being helpful and friendly. When we asked for extra water bottles, they said 'we only provide 2 bottles a day'. I had to explain them, that we will pay extra for extra bottles. This attitude was reflecting in almost everyone there from reception to the waiters at restaurant. We had opted for breakfast and 1 meal plan. Very limited options in both. No local dish for dinner or breakfast (except poha). We didnt like the taste much. Bakery items (cupcake, tea cake and donut) were dry and extremely sweet. Service at restaurant was very slow.Ours was valley view room. The view is not bad, but its not really great as well. Hotels on other side of the road, have better view.

Breakfast was good and the area around is nice and refreshing

The front desk employee. We asked a bottle of water they are saying that we won't provide bottle who are checking out on the same day. Like we are paying so much amount a room for you providing a water bottle was a big deal!!!!Then agian we told them we are really disappointed then also no one apologised just look at us. We felt it very disrespectful.Plus we had booked room for 3 but only two bottle, two towel.The facilities you can't calculate????For serving a tea they took around 45 min seriously!!!!Utterly disappointed and I am never gonna book this resort nor I will suggest anybody.

The property is good , neat and clean . They also have play room , swimming pool and big lawn .

Wi-Fi issue, rooms are small and Rooms doesn’t have good view.

Food location pool and all things

Location was best. Ala Carte food is served so good. Chef bhatt and Ganesh are very polite and serve in finest way catering to your taste buds. Hotel staff was polite and always helpful . Rooms were spacious and nice. Pool side view was amazing. Our rooms were upgraded and we felt lucky

Only point is that they can change their breakfast buffet. It is bit repetitive and boring.

The food, room ,was all great.

The spa was not at all adjusting.No discounts on Food beverage for in house guests . No discount for spa facilities for in house guests

It is nice property, very well maintained and has good amenities. Breakfast and meal spreads and presentation were fantastic!Highlight of the stay was excellent, friendly and customer oriented staff. Full marks to them. Special thanks to guy named Dama who took care of the poolside serving.Location is great overlooking the valley and serene environment.

Internal structure of the property is a bit complex and one takes time to understand how to navigate between the passages and floors and amenities.Taste of food has a potential to improve, although it was up to the mark.

Swimming pool was quite dirtyAnd wasn’t cleaned, don’t know whyAlso they have fixed menu for dinner instead of buffet on weekdays even though there were more than 10-15 families

Location 10/10. Breakfast is good. Ample parking space. Polite and co l-operative staff

AC in room was not functional for entire stay. Humming noise is prominent outside the room including balcony. Restaurant rates are on higher side

Unfriendly to Senior citizen. Property is well designed - kudos to the interior decorator. Senior staff, starting from Reception ‘ will ask their superiors’/ but never revert- similarly housekeeping - takes requests & vanish- this for pre- sent written requests! Managers Robotic & rude ( do salt & pepper not come with fried eggs- albeit badly prepared?) “ we can only serve limited items in the room was the response!

The people The senior staff. Watchman & bell boy taught to smile- and the only saving grace, their North eastern staff- but even they cannot help the cooks do better! The Health club reception will send you down a dozen slippery steps rather than open the wash room round the corner. Their response to our request thru booking.com received 4 hours after check out!

I liked one of the rooms given to us. property was beautiful as always! not very crowded due Festival.

disappointed that even though I've stayed here 2 times before, the system didn't acknowledge me as a repeat customer coz I made the reservation by booking.com. the pool was not well maintained, tiles were chipped and loose, even the kids pool, which can be dangerous, and the jacuzzi pool was dirty and the mechanism were removed. the breakfast was oily (medu Wada was soaked in oil) and uninspiring. omelettes were browned, not appetising! very Sad to see decline of property quality

The staff was very polite and friendly.The location was amazing.

Play area was very small for children. Not too many games were there. There were no events conducted like a musical evening or a magic show or some games like Tambola etc.
