Ambience of property

Staff was rude, it is not value for money at all. Food was very poor.Room hygiene was not good at all.Premise very poorly maintained.

I liked overall property from it's Location, Parking Room Sizes, Landscaping, Pool area

I didn't like food and Service

The staff was very friendly & helpful! The location is great-Table land is at 25 mins walk, as are other popular scenic places. The food was good too, no complaints there! Didn't get a chance to use the swimming pool but it looked lovely and nice walk around, in the evening after dinner. Nice gardens on premises!

The facilities could definitely be better- AC, hot water & the overall cleanliness. But most importantly, it was super loud in the evenings, sometimes until midnight, since our room was next to the 'conference hall'. The songs playing was great, but I just wish they didn't go on until midnight; or at least I was given the option to avoid this room during the time of booking.

Big place, spacious rooms, really nice staff. Ample water in the rooms.

Bathrooms didn't have basic stuff like toothpaste. Felt it was a bit dusty at certain spots. Mood was meh. No 24/7 hot water.

Locatione is quite good but staff room service is very poor

i had ordered tooth brush and paste but it didnt come on first day...on next day when i ordered same thing it comes after 1 and half hour

Staff was courteous, cleanliness was good however some more stuff needs to be added to food menu. Food taste is very good.

The location of the hotel is very natural, the swimming pool and lawn enhances the beauty of the hotel..that overall beauty of the hotel i liked so much.Clean and spacious room.

Rooms are good.

No upgrade provided inspite of being mentioned while booking. They said we do not give upgrade. Washroom had hot water issue and the tap was not working well.

Good location, nice maintenance, wonderful staff, fantastic facilities, nice cleanliness.

Restaurant facilities

Although we paid for the rooms they asked us to get the details of people updated via booking.com. I was ready to give the IDs they they charged extra.

Unprofessional. I will not recommend and will not choose again

RESORT IS BIG, AND SPACIOUS. HOWEVER STAFF NOT UPTO THE MARK. REALLY THEY NEED TO WORK ON CUSTOMER SERVICE.

STAFF, NO ROOM SERVICE

Good room. Comfortable beds, clean linen.

Noisy guest groups. Breakfast area is semi open....windy ...wet due rain water. Passages from room to breafast area or reception should be covered , since in this season it rains heavily and continuously.

Located at decent location, and it was a pet friendly hotel which was our utmost requirement. Staff behaviour was polite and good. Services provided was good.

Could be maintained more cleanliness. Washrooms had water flowing issue. Toilet flush was not properly functional.

Facilities and suronding area,room size cleanliness was good.

Food quality was average, fewest menu with very small quantity and highest price.For all menu same size serving bowl but prices are different.Roti/fulka smoll tea cup dish size costing Rs.40 was not worth.Used Bowl and dishes both days laying whole night in room,no body collected inspite of instructions.

Location and rooms comfort

Rooms need proper maintenance, cleanliness should be top priority. Pool water was not so clean.

Good spacious rooms, clean facility, good recreation activities. nothing bad to say except that there are very limited dining options both internally or externally

Dining facilities are very limited, in and around the neighbourhood, the inhouse restaurant staff indicated that they work on time to time basis, and will not offer food or dine in facilities beyond 2pm and 9pm. we had to find a place inside town which is a good half an hour walk in the night with very limited street lighting. it was very unsafe. Secondly the internet service is not up to standards, and the irregular power supply. THESE BRING DOWN THE RATINGS OF WHAT IS A REALLY GOOD FACILITY. hope the hotel management looks at these seriously and makes necessary corrections.

The resort is vary spacious and the rooms are big too. Cleanliness is maintained. Main campus where lawn and swimming pool is there is quite good. The staff is very friendly and keeps respect. Small play zone near reception is good for hanging around and to do some activity like carrom, chess, table tennis etc. The breeze coming in the evening was fantastic and refreshing. Amidst of nature and a feel good property to hang around with family.

They should improve on food. A very good breakfast will make this resort fantastic with good value.Swimming pool should have some restrictions to use Swimming costumes. Its difficult for resort staff to tell each an everyone to use costume and take shower before entering in. But this is an area of improvement for the resort. Its a very small thing compared to other facilities offered by the resort.

View' and location

Careless staff on the reception always we have to request for getting every basic things they don't bother about their guests discomfort.who keep used plates in the corridor for two days .after requesting several times they took it . service was really worst.

The room were in bas conditions and ordered food took 2 hours

Service is not that great. Like they have stringent timelines for ordering food. You cant get dal chaval before 7 and you cant get pizza after 7. It becomes challenging when traveling with kid. We didnt get tea even at 7am coz it was informthat the staff doesn't come up until then.
