The Facility & ambience is good. Food is also good.The view from the property is also good.

Location as it is bit far from town.The access roads are in bad condition.

Great location, beautiful pool with small sauna and helpful staff (particularly Manjesh).

Gluten-free veg breakfast options were rather limited.

We liked the resort very much. Perfect set up to enjoy the rains in Mahabaleswar. The unique part of the resort was the shaded covers across the resort which covered us from the rains without any umbrellas. The food was exceptional as well

I loved the food, the lawns which are great for walks, the spacious room and the spa experience. The staff are courteous and pleasant to deal with.

I found the TV difficult to operate. Need simpler controls.

Excellent hotel, well maintained facilities & rooms, well trained and helpful staff as also very nice swimming pool, sauna and steam rooms. The plants gave an outstanding ambience too. Above all, the food was exceptional.

The room was excellent. We got an upgraded room with Jacuzzi which was loved by the children.

The approach roads to the property were quite broken. Spa therapies were above the normal cost.

Location was good but the view outside balcony would have been better as there are village houses. Beware of the monkeys. They come to get food from you. Breakfast was excellent and full of variety.

The property and stay pleasantly exceeded my expectations. The service was responsive and better then most I have experienced in far more expensive hotels. The food was also excellent!

Nothing was amiss really. If I have to point out something that they can improve... it would only be more effective heaters for the pool.

One of the best stay so far in Mahabaleshwar.. staff is very polite and courteous. one unique thing i liked about this property is their Fresh Bakery products that they sell in their restaurant. really liked fresh cookies, bread. overall good property with nice location ,good food and good staff.

Hot water takes a while to come through. Running the water while waiting 5-10 minutes for it to run hot is an unsustainable waste of resources.

Coffee no use. And surprising not to have strawberries as a fruit option at breakfast. Regarding the booking, booking.com givrs provision for payment on arrival but actually BL says they will cancel the booking without payment in advance

Location is good hotel is great, parking is good, many many walking areas, many many restaurants, many amenities for children, good large rooms with comfortable beds. Excellent luxurious menu and fantastic buffet breakfast spread.

Liked everything about the reosrt.

The location, the layout, the staff and the food. The trek was very well organised. It gave us the essence of Mahabaleswar.

There was some construction happening onsite. The noise was very annoying especially when you are escaping city life and seeking quiet.

Overall a fantastic experience, this resort has everything for the perfect weekend getaway. Definitely the best place in Mahabaleshwar at this price point. Service, facilities, food, ambience, activities for kids, everything was top-class! We have already planned to come here again with friends.

The approach road should be better maintained. The hotel is around 1.5 kms from the nearest main road, with no shops around. Restaurant prices were on the higher side. Make sure your room does not have a view of the hutments nearby!!

All facilities and rooms were renovated and new. We liked that the staff was very courteous and helpful in every way. Breakfast buffett spread was good.

Location - there is no view from the room. Pricing - Could have been lower.
