The food is the top most reason I loved this property, the view was amaaaaaaaaazing with Fog.

Internet connectivity was poor, even after reminding multiple times to reception, the problem left unsolved during the stay

Rooms were clean and tidy

The pool was not clean . Everything was old and decomposed. Not worth the money spent

The approach road to the Resort is bad from our 10 years or more coming…

Location. The road which leads to this resort is very narrow and it takes 1 hour to cover hardly 6-7 KM.

Best location, excellent valley view rooms. Very clean neet and tidy rooms. Good breakfast spread. Tasty food.

From the hotel you get a fantastic view of the valley with the river and the dam backwaters. The room service and service at the restaurant is exceptional. The landscaping has been handled artistically. We had booked a forest facing room which actually overlooked a dense forest. The room is very spacious and has a internal staircase leading to an attic which has a double mattress and a window overlooking the pool and valley. The breakfast spread was wide and food quality was very good

The roads in old Mahableshwar are in a pathetic state though I could see resurfacing going on. Hence travel to the main town in the night is highly avoidable. You have no option but to eat at the hotel restaurant and the prices are steep.

The food quality and taste was excellent. Breakfast had lot of aptions from south Indian to English breakfast.

The rooms , staff attitude and complaint management was extremely poor and it ruined the complete night plan. Also the staff didn’t inform prior of the roadworks so we had lot of issues while locating the place .

Almost everythings for a leisure trip was provided with very prompt service Amazing resort

Nothing specific to mention Though the location too far and away form good visiting locations of Mahabakeshawr But the resort ambience was wide spread n well developed so didn't feel bored it was amazing stay

Room Size, Hot water problems as I guess their boiler was having issues.

The view from the Rooms are amazing. The place is very well placed in monsoon season. Every Rs spent is worth. The food quality is also very good.

The upholstry is old and need replacement. The room service can be improved as it taked lots of time to come and attend the issue. stucture is old and needs recolour and refurbishment.

Lots of action at the resort! First night - a musical night with a very good singer singing old Hindi songs! Resort attracts families with kids, so there is action all the time. Food is great too! Adequate parking for cars!

Rooms are dark. Lighting is not enough. Bathrooms are so-so. Shower flow is weak.

The cleanliness.

1. Bad sewage smell around the dining area and club house.2. The room booked was not the same view as the room shown on app. Extremely disappointed. Mahabaleshwar is all about the view and we got none. 3. The breakfast was extremely disappointing in taste.
