Silvanus Forest Retreat

It’s like living in the forest, lush green and birds chirping. Food is good. Staff is cooperative too and place is kept well.

It’s a bit overpriced as you can get pool villas in Lonavla for much better price. They should look at refurbishing the sofa and bed with better lighting in the rooms

The location and the staff are very good . Mr Ravi and the entire team are working day and night to make things together. The rooms with swimming pools are an ideal attraction for any small celebration in isolation.

The property has become old. Maintenance issues are visible everywhere. Old towels, bathroom accessories and food quality are pulling the hotel down. The bar was closed. A brand name is required to take it to the next height. They also don't do any basic decoration in the room.

Food taste was very good. Staff in restaurant was humble & cooperative. Staff in reception was polite.

1. Overpriced hotel2. Room size was not as per promise3. Bathroom door was not locking properly4. Bathroom flush was not in proper working condition5. Wash Basin tap was having very low force of water flow6. In main bedroom, 2 single beds were attached and showcased as queen / king size bed...it was uncomfortable for parents and one child. Mattress was too much soft & uncomfortable7. Room lighting was poor8. There is no battery back up on power cuts instances9. Location of hotel is very isolated (in forest)

Was expecting good retreat for weekend however it was very boring. There was no activities by resort and also their food service on Saturday night was very slow. Staff coperated well in terms of room change however prices were high of food and stay which was not value for money. Buffet breakfast was ok ok . I will not go again there as there is nothing to see. Only if people like peaceful stay then it's ok but very boring

Service of restaurant on Saturday was very slow. Place is very boring and very inside. Nothing is accessible. Not value for money as prices are high but service are slow n not worth. Staff are coperative in terms of rooms change. However I didn't felt value to my money

We liked the room very much as they were quite spacious. The food was good and the staff were very nice. It gave a clear feeling of a forest area.

The only thing I did not like was the bathrooms. There is a lot of scope for improvement on the breakfast buffet.

In 3 days of my stay I changed 4 room. this is not ferns management they use ferns name. Staff is good and helpful but management is horrible. Wrong room, no hygie., I was asked to pay in cash or Google. AC , FAN, TV etc not working. Overall , i was given discount of 2000 but experience was horrible. It was a nightmare. The only good thing is staff and on ground staff.pls dont cheat s with ferns name. I would considering police complaint.

Cheating. I was told Ferns handed over property to new company. They should have removed the ferns name from booking so we will not feel cheating. General manager is horrible. I saw others customer s having similar issues. General manager also old me thsy he will give me 2000 discount and he doesn't care about reviews.

The property is nestled in the bottom of a hillock and is densely vegetated with trees and flowering plants. You may wake up to the sound of chirping birds, pitter-patter of raindrops and gurgling brooks. You can stroll in the premise taking pictures and selfies against the background of lush greenery and feeling the gush of oxygen dense fresh air. PETs are allowed. Swimming pool is decent and now open for use...The beds are comfortable and the linen are passable...staff is polite and courteous , local people and you can find the owner around to serve you briskly with utmost humility...

Parking is a hassle as it is located 50 meters away from the reception. The dinner was passable, but the breakfast was a limited choice, leaves much to be desired.The interiors of the villa needs a touch up to become up to date.

Food was okay

The room was uncleaned. It was full of dust. The breakfast spread was very less. I feel we made a wrong choice of staying there for 2 nights. The ferns dapoli property is way better than this. Please do not waste money by staying here

Bed, Shower, greenery and quiteness. Staff are very helpful especially Manager Vivik.

Phone has no network at all, wifi is not working.Breakfast is not buffet, very limited choice. Swimming pool is closed. Rate is a little high comparing to facility and servive.
