bad unhygenic breakfast, dirty rooms with dust accumulatedm balconies had pigeons all over. very bad experience

The manager was good

rooms are not clean and were dusty, with excessive scent and weird smell in the rooms. People with allergies cannot stay here.

It was a decent stay but not 5 star experience.

The staff is not attentive enough. Didn't change the sheets despite telling them. Cleanliness is not upto the mark. The toilet stinks and the sheets are stained

location is on road near to amusement park. Room is quite big.

Not a friendly staff no help during check-in and when I wanted to extend reception asked 1000 questions. Very Old property the worst Novotel i have ever stayed. While check in they told me 20 % discount on food and beverages when i ordered food from service they refused to give the discount. Charges like 5 start but service like 2 star.

The staff in the dining area was very very courteous, the food was amazing. I would specially want to recommend Biswanath (I hope I have remembered the name correctly).

The property is too run down, it is not maintained well. Bad WiFi, outdated interiors,children’s play area was not at all maintained, in activists table - tennis (rackets were in a very bad condition. Swimming pool wasn’t very clean, there is no sitting arrangement near the pool, it’s very very bad.

Breakfast, lunch and dinner lovely. The staff very courteous and helpful. Room is quite large and comfortable, but no dressing gown or foot ware provided which was expected. Location of the hotel is easily accessible.

The flooring overall and in passage and balcony of the room very ordinary and needs upgrade very badly. Even the flooring outside hotel premises not up to the mark expected in such luxury hotels.

The pool and weather

The female security at the entrance very rude. She has absolutely no sense of speaking what so ever. The check in process is really slow. And before checking in I had called up Novotel multiple times for enquiry but they didn't even receive my call neither did they call back. I was not allowed to take my speakers in because of causing noise since the rooms had thin walls. Which as a customer I have the civic sense of not distrubing others at night. But what about the kids? There is a play area for a reason. The hotel must know that it's not okay for the kids to yell and scream in the corridors post 12 am. There are other customers as well. The kids were screaming and yelling until late at night. I feel it's not right because it's really disturbing others. And when I say late night I mean post 12 am. There needs to be some civic sense and must keep the kids in the room or send them to the play area. But the kids were screaming and running around the corridors of the hotel. Since the walls really think it's really disturbing and parents must understand this.

room cleaness

Right from check in till check out every thing was very bad staff was not consent during dinning no staff comes to you to ask if you need anything during breakfast we had to raise our voice to get a table food quality and taste was not up to the mark

Food was awesome. we have selected food with stay package which includes lunch, dinner and breakfast. a lot of verity in food available and teste was also good.Amenities are also good and keep us engaged. Support staff available at most of the places and specifically swimming pool area.

I booked room for family (2 adults and 2 kids) and naturally they charged accordingly. but when I asked for additional bed n blanket, they only able to provide blanket.Adhoc food items order is very costly like simple sandwich even costs more than 500/-.

Overall good

While booking erronously selected 2 single beds but reception staff does not change the room where King size bed is available with reason of full occupancy whereas on website booking was available.

Property next to Imagica Clean and well maintained

Was okay not so great has I have been other in Juhu Novotel it’s seem same standard

Only thing I like was Deepa from front was great helpful all the time she understands what customers needs and housekeeping had quick response for all the requests I made great job to them compared to other staff and to mention the guy with clown in the hotel is very nice and friendly with kids he always said hello and Hi to my little daughter she is get happy he is doing really good job ?

It is very near to Imagica, this makes it very convenient to enjoy at the parksThe property is neat and comfortable. Specially it is very kid's friendly. The brrakfast parade with characters was super fun.

Buffet Dinner is expensive and a waste. Better to have ALA CARTE. Room Services are ok.

Reception staff is not customer friendly and more keen to charge us without understanding the plight. They blamed booking.com website for wrong booking and curtly told us to pay extra. Swimming pool was dirty.

Stay was nice, staff was extremely courteous, check in check out process was fast, food was up to the mark, extremely helpful staff for senior citizen and infant and toddler.

Spacious rooms

Better handling of large population. Breakfast area looked like fish market in the morning.Also, more cleanliness of the room was needed

Nothing as such

No proper response from the staff… professionalism not maintained… had to call many times for basic facilities

There were no proper handling issues. Faced issues with AC in the room. They took 10 hours to send person to check the issue.

Guest Experience is not proper.

The bed was very uncomfortable and looking very old, the bathroom was very much unclean. There was even algaeOn the Bathroom tiles, the Wi-Fi was coming and going, there were buttons in the bathroom Of no use and some noise which Was not understandable, The towels which were of very small size and of very poor quality, in the Body wash dispenser There was no body wash, overall what we expect from accor hotels Or even Novotel , Except for location, many things required to be taken care of
