We had an issue with our tv and the young woman working was so helpful trying to resolve it. She ultimately moved us to the room next store, ensured the tv worked, and even helped us transport our things between rooms. 15/10 customer service.

- The AC was already disconnected for the season so we had to open windows to cool the room down. Not a deal breaker by any means. We’d totally stay again, luckily it was a good air day so it didn’t bother us so much this trip. :)

The Apartment was very nice and clean. The staff was very friendly and helpful.

They serve an American Style breakfast. The location is very good and is very close to many dining choices. The staff if very friendly and helpful. Would definitely stay here again if I return to Gumi.
