Central location of the City

No Issues Place is comfortable, affordable, many restaurants around and public transportation.

Location was convenient, a short walk to breakfast options. Parking was sufficient & convenient. Check-in was simple because we had booked online, everything was ready and waiting for us. Laundry facility was a great help to our travel, including the in-room closet steamer.

Despite being on a nice main road and sitting beside the rail way and 500 feet from waegwan train and bus station, it was an impeccablely quiet and relaxing hotel. One of the few hotels that has controls for the heating. I really enjoyed walking up and down the town around the hotel. Plenty of restaurants and shops. A daiso and a bunch of optometrists of you needed to get a pair of glasses. Laundry machines are available with instructions in English. Clean rooms, nice lobby.

we had no breakfast. Directly next the the train station, therefore a little bit loud because of the trains in the evening.

Good value for a city hotel in the middle of South Korea. Reminds me of an IBIS like experience - modern, efficient very clean but basic - not a lot of amenities. Good location for one night stay between national parks Gayasan NP and Woraksan NP

Good location if you are cycling the four Rivers bike path. Lots of restaurants around the area. free laundry facilities, washing machine and dryers Bikes can be kept in the lobby of building B. They make nice coffee but no breakfast.

It was conveniently located and the staff were helpful.

A nice hotel, maybe the nicest, right in Chilgot. Had a safe place, albeit outside, to keep our bicycles we are travelling on. Room felt high end... nice shower area, bath robs, firm bed etc etc. Quiet even though backed train station. Never heard a thing.

Everything was good. Locked inside location for bicycles is better though.

The location and the comfort of the room. It’s next to the station, but was very quiet and the stuff was very kind and helpful.Enough parking spaces and restaurants nearby. Was very good stay.

Comfortable room, new, clean, with great shower. Parking right under the hotel. Polite staff. Chilgok is a surprisingly nice town to stay, plenty of restaurants etc. It worked just fine as a halfway point between Sokcho and Busan, as well as a base to explore Gayasan NP / Haein-sa temple.

Hotel has a nice rooftop bar/restaurant but it was closed on our first day and on day two the breakfast buffet was pretty much gone around 08:30. Rooftop could be a really nice asset if it is used a little more / better.

I loved the room, the bedside light (I've read 3 books during my stay, thank you for the nice touch, so rare in Korea), the big bathtub, the breakfast

The bathtub wasn't a Jacuzzi as it was described, just a normal bathtub.

Friendly staff and recently renovated room and facilities. Particularly, use of washing machine and dryer was free of charge.

The location is a bit far from Daegu or city downtown.

The bath was lovely! We really enjoyed how spacious the space was. The room was very big, but the bathroom was much bigger than we expected. Staff were friendly and location was excellent, right near everything - you can walk everywhere.

We requested an extra blanket, but unfortunately, there was nothing available, which was surprising for a big hotel. The one thing that was a bit strange in the room though, was the pipe in the wall that leaked out onto the bathroom floor (perhaps the geyser overflow). It just seemed a bit odd and the water puddles on the floor were annoying.

+Room was big, bathroom with the tub was great too+Close to Waegwan Station. +Staff were professional and helpful.

-The LG Tromm Styler in the room should have been a plus for sanitizing clothes but I didn't know it was noisy. We had experience with a Samsung AirDresser in a previous property and it operated silently. Saw some reviews also from other travelers that they mentioned it was noisy too.-Taxi driver overcharged me (5000 instead of meter 3300 hotel to Waegwan Station ... walkable but we didnt want to walk because of luggage and because he knew we were tourists who didnt speak Korean.) First time to experience this in all my trips to Korea.

Room was immaculate. Staff was great. Everything worked great in the room. Bed was comfortable and room was very quiet. Great location - Close to Camp Carroll. WiFi worked great.

Not enough/accessible electrical plugs or USB ports to use to get your computer/phones charged up.

The staffs were so kind and the facilities were clean & nice. We stayed there only a night, but we would definitely come back here again. Totally recommend!

The location for the Seoul Busan cycle path as well as being an excellent hotel. The hotel is right near excellent eating places. Staff very friendly.

The bath was so nice and the size of the room was good

It was difficult to change the temperature in the room when it got too hot
