Gumi A Motel

Easy check in. Very helpful. Okay for short stay. I'm a bicycle traveler. Owner let me bring my bicycle inside my room for safety.

The location, it is easy to find. Very near from the Bus Terminal.

The smell of smoke.

Close to Gumi station. Size of the room is good. Bathroom and the room is clean.

It smells like a smoking room.

The staff were friendly enough, though didn't speak much English. It's close to the bus terminal. The room was very good value for money. If you just need to get your head down for a night or two it's OK.

It's a bit of a walk from the train station, about half an hour, though I jumped in a cab and it was cheap enough. There's not much nearby. My room didn't smell of smoke but there was an ashtray so it's clearly permitted. Could do with a lick of paint.

The price is the best part. I had reserved a futon room but my son was so sunburnt that he couldn't sit on the floor so we got a double room. But since they only had a double bed I got another room for me which was great. My son loved the air-conditioning and there was also a fan in the room. Big TV and chairs and a table and 2 hangers for clothes. The owner lent me a knife and plates to cut fresh fruit, which was great. Friendly owner.

We arrived around 2 and the cleaning lady charged me for checking in earlier. Normally the check-in is at 3 pm so it was only one hour and the rooms very empty anyway. The futon room we were originally allocated smelled horribly from smoking. My son's room was fine, but my room smelled bad. There is even an ashtray in every room so smoking is obviously allowed in the motel.

Price ... clean... comfortable good location..

I was booked in for over a week and the staff were really friendly and accommodating. I truly enjoyed my stay.

The price is great. The accommodation provides toothbrushes and more. The shades blackout the room which helps with sleep. The walls are thick and i couldn't hear much noise. Shampoo and soaps were full and ready to use. There was a hair dryer and hairspray/gel. Convenience stores are nearby. The staff are quick and easygoing. This was my second stay.

Its close to the intercity bus terminal but a little out of the way from the train station. The room is sometimes a little dated and the key is quite big and cumbersome.

I liked it it was clean the staff was nice I didn’t like how it smelled like a little bit of smoke in the room would’ve been better with no smoke other than that it was good

It smelled like smoke in the room just a tad bit but I don’t like smoke...

Smoke smell was super strong in the rooms. So strong that it disturbed my sleep.
