Hotel Gaden by Onyu stay

I love the location of the property and the cleanliness of the rooms. LOVE THE HUGE BATH TUBS!

I did not like the beds was supper hard and uncomfortable I wish there was microwaves in the room. Nevertheless it was one down stairs

The terrace was small but having space to get fresh air was nice. And the staff was wonderful.

The hallway and room were very dimly lit and it was difficult to see. The light switches were not labeled so I had to constantly press them to figure out what light turned on. Also only one outlet worked in the whole room. That was in the bathroom.

The hot tub is relaxing. The bed is comfy.

No mirror in the bedroom. Toilet water sprayer does not work well.

Clean, modern rooms. Englisch speaking front desk, very supportive.

Only one chair in a double room but on request we got a second one. No breakfast available.

The staff spoke English well. There was a laptop and Netflix on the T.V. The room was very spacious and clean, and the bathroom was fantastic. The towls were European sized, which was pleasing. It was a very comfortable stay

The pillows were harder than expected, and ammenities cost a small fee. Noise from the other guests could be heard, but it wasn't too bad. It was a little further away from transport than I would have liked, but managable with a few transfers. Would probably be best to arrive by car.

Location was kind of middle of nowhere

We had a very spacious, deluxe room, nice big bathtub. Loved the dark, minimalist theme. Nice shower gel and body lotion. Easy location to restaurants and taxis. The rooftop was cool.

Sadly the bed and pillows are very hard. You cannot move the laptop from the desk so it’s impossible to connect to TV to watch films. The staff were not friendly. Both female employees were not wearing masks indoors. When I asked for something to cover the strong smell of cigarettes in my room they didn’t even apologise that the space smelled badly. One of the women became very angry with me when she saw me sitting on the rooftop eating my lunch telling me the area was private (the doors were open from the elevator and it’s advertised on Naver and Booking.com as having a rooftop for guests). When I asked about this she just walked away. Overall, I felt very unwelcome as a guest. As a frequent hotel user this was my worst customer experience so far in Korea.

The room is incredible, the hotel is really nice and the staff are kind and helpful. The bathtub is big and luxurious. Very good value for money.

Location, nightlife in area, and shows old school 80s korean apartments across the way. You get a feel for what it was like decades ago.

Walls a little thin. Bed is modern asian hard bed.
