The hotel is within walking distance of eateries, cafes and shopping. The room was large and comfortable. Excellent breakfast.

The property is older and does show signs wear but all the other wonderful things about the property makes it irrelevant.

The room was neat, clean, and had all the amenities we needed. There's even a styler machine. So cool !. Having a terrace was a big plus. It was so nice to sit out in the morning with coffee.The location is excellent, just walking distance to Hwaseong Fortress and surrounded by cafes, a cultural center, convenience stores, bars, and restaurants. The staff were friendly and helpful throughout our stay.Breakfast could be improved, but honestly not a deal breaker given everything else. Overall, a comfortable and convenient place to stay if you’re visiting the area.

The coffee machine at the breakfast area didn't work during our whole stay but not a big deal.

We had restaurants, stores, and nice places to visit. Everything was very convenient.

Breakfast at the local coffee bakery was absolutely lovely.

it is a cultural centre for education purposes. Thus it felt like a school excursion stay, the interior was like a school camp and I was constantly looking out for my grade 5 teachers. That was 20 years ago and the vibe was still there.

My room was dirty. Food left in the refrigerator. Open drain in bathroom that kept me awake , blood on the cover dust filled and my husband and I got sick from the dust. We both suffer with allergies. They need to close this place down dirty everything even in the little dining area. They have old storage bed in the kitchen area. It looks like they just resume services the day after COVID and no one showed up for work. Do not go there. Stay far away from this place. So much I could say but stay away.

Fantastic location, easy access to fortress wall, palace, one of the major gates and an information centre. Lots of places also to eat. Car parking available but narrow streets to negotiate. Breakfast was good and cook very keen to provide fried eggs. Small convenience store in the hotel.

Needs urgent refurbishment, lots of stuff just dumped everywhere. Bed small compared with other South Korean hotels we stayed in during or month long trip. Stairs carpet needs replacing. Had a long wait at reception on arrival as nobody was around, despite searching. Staff smoke outside close to back door.

The hotel was great! It was in a great location, it was right next to the fortress and Palace. We were able to store our bags both before and after our trip and the staff were very friendly.

It was well located within the fortress area.

The lobby floor tiles had popped up and were a trip hazard. Stayed in Room 310 and the toilet seat cover was a flimsy plastic replacement seat cover that was too small for the toilet bowl. The wall paper in the room was also peeling.

Location was near the city wall.

Nobody on reception when we arrived. Communal areas not clean or welcoming. Room looked onto brick wall and was poorly maintained. Bed had plastic undershirt and uncomfortable. Reception unmanned to complain.

Location is right in the heritage area is Suwon fortress. Walking distance to most of the sights within the area! Highly convenient!

Parking lots are limited and the basement parking entry and exit is very narrow.

It’s a very clean large room with lots to do in the surrounding area

The location - it is next to a section of the fortress and is very central. Lots of food and drink options. The terrace - big and nice overlooking the fortress - beautiful esp at night. The LG steam closet - we appreciate it A LOT :) We booked a junior suite which is nice and spacious.

Next door there is a warehouse and its air con system was on for the whole night, it was a little noisy.Pictures are much nicer then the room itself, it is dingy.The room was clean by and large however there were little things like the cups were dusty.

Nice location, within the fortress walls and easy walking distance to most attractions, restaurants and shops. Breakfast included in the room rate.

Room had hanging space for 5 shirts/jumpers and nothing else. No space for long clothes and no drawers for smaller items. Large bathroom, but not very practical and also dark. Breakfast was basic and not replenished without asking.

Nice room. Had a massage chair in it, too. A bath. Close to historical features walking distance from the bus stops

- the location is super great, very close to the fortress wall but also close to multiple restaurants and a 10 minute walk to palace, through nice little streets- the receptionist was really nice even though she was not able to speak english she did everything she could to make my stay as comfortable as possible

It was not the most modern high quality room but for the good price i was more than happy with it
