The breakfast is excelent but expensive

The location was good and the view in the room was great.

Some lights in the room flickering ( not working properly) , some electricity source sockets not working . It was quite expensive even for a night

Location was very good, very central. Breakfast was good even for European people, limited cheese options but all good in terms what to eat. The only minor issue was, lounge was very small and crowded in rush hour.

AC is not working sometimes due to AC seasonal operating. It was quite hot on April.

Close to a large park and plenty of dining options. Staff were accommodating about requesting a room change as our assigned room smelled of cigarette smoke.

Based on photos, we were expecting a room with a bathtub, but apparently you have to call in advance to request that. As a family traveling with a young child, this was unexpected and rather disappointing.

Great location, close to the subway and it had a convenience store onsite which was handy since I arrived late in the evening. The room was spacious, clean and had everything I needed.

The hotel was dated and a bit worn in places. For example, there was ripped wallpaper and the towels were clean but old. Also, the hallways were dimly lit so it seemed weird.

Charging for early check-in , when you have done long distance travel you want to be able to check in , drop you luggage and freshen up.

The location is really good if you were to hang around at Suwon city. Just a few steps away to the Suwon City Hall subway station which can access to Suwon station through Bundang-line

Maybe it was the off peak season, it was rather quiet and dim even at the lobby of hotel.

It's by far my favorite hotel in Suwon. I have stayed here for 1 month before and when I'm in the city I always come back. The rooms are pretty big for it's price. Also, it's clean and offers a good view from the city. It's also close to many cafes, restaurants, drugstore, banks and etc. Never had any problem with the staff, they always treated super well. I really recommend this hotel for couple and family.

Very close from the subway station. It was quiet during my stay. Spacious room.

Twin room reservation but the staff gave me a double room. Stinky hallway on 8th floor.
