Convenience store in basement, nice view

Tiles on Balcony were broken, Washing machine and dryer cost 5.000won per cycleThe handsoap holder was broken. we were supposed to get free water bottles every night but only got it oncethey should have a airport shuttle we had real struggles with taxis... we didn't have breakfast but based on what we saw it was not worth 30.000 won...

Wonderful hotel. Excellent staff.Peaceful. A true place to unwind and decompress away from noise.

Area food choices by beach is very limited to seafood.

    9BottlePosted on: 4-26-2024

The staff is excellent in all departments. Anything we needed to arrange for trips was facilitated by hotel staff flawlessly.Disability Access throughout the hotel and surrounding area.Perfect place to relax and recuperate.

    Bath towels are small.

The staff were great. We speak no korean but they were anle to do about anything we needed. Very helpful and willing to work with us.

Just because it says it has 2 bedrooms doesnt mean it has 2 beds. One bedroom did not have a bed. This is apparently normal in Korea. So make sure how many bed’s you need before hand.

Close to the beach and restaurants. The apartment is spacious, clean and excellent.

Good facility, nice view and easy access to Eurwangni Beach taking 15 minutes from Incheon Airport terminal.

It was very hard and expensive to book taxis from resort to Incheon Airport terminal. Normal LNG taxi has small trunk space to load 1-2 luggage only. In case Resort run airport shuttle bus, it would be much more convenient for foreign travellers to visit The Week & Urban Resort

very friendly staff. good location direct at the beach. very good breakfast and a lot of restaurants and shops around.Just 15’min ride by taxi (15.000 Won) to Airport Incheon

    10EdgarPosted on: 10-16-2022

We had a delay with our flight. The hotel changed our dates with no penalty. This was very nice. They also advanced the payment of our taxi from Incheon, which had to be paid in cash. This was very helpful. The rooms are big with a nice view on the beach.

*We really enjoyed our stay. This was the final hotel (out of five) that we stayed at during our three week visit to South Korea. *room and space was perfect for a family of five *clean and welcoming* good location for airport *staff were welcoming and as helpful as possible * There is a swimming pool on-site which our children really enjoyed but that costs extra to use. We thought it was quite pricy to visit and everything in the pool then costs more like a sun lounger and the outdoor pools were shut which was disappointing. The pool could do with some pool side storage for your towels etc as you can’t leave the pool once you go through. Also the changing room whilst kept immaculate could do with somewhere to safely put a baby while you get changed. I found it very difficult to manage getting ready with a crawler. * close to the beach* roof top terrace was lovely There are bars and restaurants at the hotel - however it is worth noting they are not often open. We were informed that they weren’t open but not sure if this is always the case.

Could do with a sweeping brush in the room. Perhaps a bundle that could be provided like oil, oven gloves etc would be useful for people flying as to buy big bottles etc of those essentials for just a short stay seems wasteful.

The hotel room view was beautiful, you can even see the sea from the Mountain View. The staff was great--professional and friendly. The CU in the basement was helpful.

The breakfast buffet was overpriced for what we saw. It's not a bad buffet, if you like Korean breakfasts. If you're not really into breakfast, I would just get something from the CU. Our room had a kitchenette that we should have used instead.

Nested right smack in front of Eurwangi Beach (a sleepy seaside town though, probably due to the lack of tourists). Cafe Ora opposite the property served delectable treats with a spectacular view. Seafood street with its raw fish and grilled clams was amazing!

You needed to pay extra for the pool and sauna, and it closed really early. so we decided to head out to Incheon city which was about $30USD per way by cab.

    8KatiejoPosted on: 12-30-2021

There were a good amount of things to do. Everything was clean and smelled good.

Not everything was open. There was not enough toilet paper in the room to start the trip.
