Staff gave wrong directions to the taxi. Advertised restaurant was closed. Formerly classy looking hotel not kept up.

Counter closed between 10pm and 7am. They declined to call the taxi.

Cheap n a good location

Front desk closed from 11:00 to 6:00. I belatedly found out there were no single towel, no facial tissue paper, etc. Had to wait till 6:40am

The bed was comfortable and night view was amazing

The windows was old and made strange noise as the wind blew outside

location is close to convenience stores and a short walk to a decent supermarket, bakery and bus stops. The room itself is nice and had everything I needed.

the hotel is really dated and there were no restaurants operating when I stayed. the donut place was open but it was deserted

The hotel room stinks, no hot water, dirty carpet, stained furniture and very rude staff. This was the worst hotel I've ever stayed in .

Nothing is to like

Bed was not comfortable and bathroom was very old style tipical like local guest house.Aircondition also not work properly.Lobby area also not have aircondition and siting arrangement is very bad. I can't invite to any guest in lobby for meeting.Overall very bad experience.i never recommend to anyone.

The room is unexpectedly spacious, the surroundings makes me easy to find places to eat, and i love the old city vibes.

The bad smell at the lobby (receptionist area), and no convenient store at the lobby (if i have to go buy something late at night is uncomfortable).

Room was large and comfortable. So many restaurants and karaoke places in the immediate vicinity.

No Air condition in the room was so surprising and uncomfortable during day time. No actual lobby area to hang out.

Not enough light in room, staff hardly speaks english, no water in room. Restaurant closed permanently.

Desk power outlets not available; had to get extension cord for desk. Most power outlets were taken up by lamps and air fresheners. ₩12,000 for poor Korean breakfast; Overall, this hotel needs a complete remodel. Old style bathtub not great (take out and make standup shower). And no dedicated parking for hotel guest. Weekend weddings take up all the parking and they were not going to let me in to park. I went in and parked illegally until somebody moved out of legitimate parking. Oh, the breakfast was not good. Room had apparent places that leaked because ceiling had peeling paint. And bathroom floor seemed always wet because of a leak somewhere and poor drainage.

Very comfortable room. Nice staff.

It is not in downtown Incheon but is very close to the Incheon Memorial Museum on the UN Troops' Incheon landing.

There are no one to help with the bags and the staff kind of looked lost and didn't really know what they were doing.

Staff was rude. The rooms wall had cracks and large water stains. The chair was leather with tears all around. Moved to another room and it was in the same condition. Didn't know to laugh or cry after a long flight. It was a rough 3 nights stay.

No coffee maker and coffee provided. Only electric kettle for tea was available
