Self check in and checkout.

The instructions were clear and I was able to easily access the airport, room, and shuttle. I appreciated the pictures and the continued communication.

I wish it had been clear in the booking that these rooms are inside of an apartment building rather than a standalone hotel. I was a little shocked to see personal items from people that actually live/rent from the property.

Near to the airport, large and cleaned room. I will definitely book it again

The management took time to explain how to get there from the airport, with very simple straight forward instructions. Apartment was very clean and room was quiet. In a convenient location for what I required.

Nothing at all as I only stayed for the night and left really early in the morning to catch a flight.

Misrepresentation of the building. No lobby. Not really a hotel - just some rooms available in a building. One staff member. No free airport shuttle service— just drag your suitcases across the street and down the block for a bus that will take you to the terminal for free. No restaurant on site. Heat was not available until after 9:00 PM.

This place is really near the airport but it's more of an apartment rather than a hotel (i.e. no receptionist).

Because the area is pretty public (anyone could come up to your front door), I was a little concerned about security.

It was really close to the terminal we needed, a short shuttle to get there. It was cheap and the room was big with everything in it

This is NOT A HOTEL, I repeat THIS IS NOT A HOTEL. The description is grossly misleading. The name of this accommodation did not match description on booking.com. Furthermore, navigating to the location via "airport shuttle" is unclear. The booking states that this is a free shuttle but it is not provided by the host. The free shuttle was operated by the airport, which is misleading on booking.com. The airport shuttle is unreliable and the pick up locations are clearly marked. Meanwhile the shuttle information and location of the accommodation were sent after booking was complete with no way to cancel ?. The host was unfriendly and not accommodating. DO NOT BOOK, i repeat DO NOT BOOK here unless you want to be extremely frustrated and potentially miss your flight. And by the way, uber does not come to this location, for whatever reason. Customer service is important so pls do better

Near the airport, this was a stay of necessity to catch an early flight and it served its purpose well. The apt is ample, comfortable, and has all you need. It is on a high floor and there is a shopping mall near that is huge with some restaurants. There are few nice beer places nearby as well.

It is in a condo which is not super maintained, with a few restaurants on the ground floor resulting in food smell in the building. The apt itself is ok, but would need a bit of maintenance (e.g., the condo's heating unit show signs of decay, the ac is a portable unit that is very noisy etc...

It was large enough and very close to the airport. It was a decent officetel place.

I wish the fellow I called spoke English, but, in the end, I found the place no problem. Somehow, the Wifi wasn't working. I don't know why, but I didn't want to bother the owner that late.

Very easy access to the airport, and very near to restaurants and spa/attractions at Cimer. The host was very accommodating with an early check in.

The hallway to the room was a little dark and crowded with boxes and things outside other doorways, but inside the room was bright and clean and had everything we needed for an overnight layover.

Clean and spacious room with gorgeous sea view. The host is the most amazing, they helped us to book a taxi in the midnight, and send stuffs like iron to our room immediately when its needed. Probably the most amazing host in Korea. Thank you so much!

The room had great space for our family of four. It also had hundreds of cable channels to choose from! The directions were very clear on how to get to the property and the free airport shuttle bus was very convenient!

The location was okay, and the shower leaked a bunch. The beds could have been more comfortable. The bathroom could have been cleaner and a bit nicer (modernized).

This was a tidy and clean location. The amenities like a washing machine was nice. The bed was confortable.

It was a little hard to find. It is located in a residential building so there isn't any signage. The check in check out procedures weren't well laid out either..

Spacious. Easy to get to. Had all we needed for one night.
