CLEAN, NO PARTICULAR ISSUES

VERY KOREAN STYLE, FLOOR HAD SEVERAL LEVELS. DESK STAFF WAS COURTEOUS BUT NOT VERY HELPFUL. SPOKE ALMOST NO ENGLISH OR EVEN TRIED TO COMMUNICATE WITH US. WAS LISTED AS HAVING CAFE IN HOTEL, IT WAS CLOSED. CATERED MORE TO KOREAN BUSINESS CLIENTS

It was nice and spacious and very clean. There was a nice outdoor area (which we didn't use because it was cold).

It was supposed to have enough space for 6 people to stay the night, however, there was only 2 small beds and a sofa. One bed was a little small for 2 people. I wish the sofa spread out to a bed. I also wish there were more pillows and blankets available.

Th room was spacious. The hotel was a short distance from the transportation area.

The restroom smelled like urine even when it was clean. It must be from the drain. The bed was not comfortable. During breakfast, we had to cook our own eggs and a lady spent over 10 minutes cooking her eggs. She cooked like 14 eggs for her group. There should have been a limit to cooking 2 eggs because the line was long just waiting for her to cook.

Amazing and helpful staff. Beautiful and spacious room. The view was amazing. Facilities were clean. The location was amazing, amenities were all within walking distance. Huge bargain as it was great value for money. Breakfast included and it was always something to look forward to in the morning. I fully recommend this place to anyone. I honestly would not mind booking with these guys in the future.

The location was perfect.

There were countless mosquitos in our room. Killed over 20 in the middle of the night. I should have known something was up when I saw the bug spray on the desk.

Very comfortable room, we had to take a taxi for our flight very early morning and the receptionist called it at 3 am for us even if his shift was over. We were very grateful!

The decor is very dark throughout the hotel. The mosquito problem within the room was horrible with sleepless nights because of that. And the breakfast while it started ok, got worse across time. Then Sunday suddenly no eggs were available, and Monday the continental breakfast was shockingly bad. Toast, egg salad from a bag and instant noodles. Very disappointing overall

Friendly personnel, though very limited English.Rooms clean, daily service. Netflix included (get ready to navigate the menu in korean, though).

Area visually questionable, but just as safe as everwhere else in South Korea. Mattress was on the firm side, even after I flipped it to the side that was actually padded (someone had flipped it but the underside had no padding). No lamps on nightstand or any switches near bed, which was ok once I figured out that room lights operate with the TV remote (just like the aircon). Still too dark to read in bed. Do not rely on breakfast! The ‚continental‘ breakfast on Monday is an insult. Other days it‘s ‚korean homestyle‘ which was slightly better but not for everyone. Recommend getting breakfast at one of the ubiquitous coffee places.

Odors from toilette. Too much chemical smell. Basically they seem to have some difficulty maintaining the property immaculately.

Breakfast was the same for two days. Fine, middle quality, quantity wise as much as you would like to eat. The nebairhood is like really strange, nobody on the streets, like a industrial place. We always went to the new Songdo city party which is amasing.

We had to ask more times for WC paper. The entire hotel was dark, poor lights. I found a bug at the bathroom, there were dusts many places, the aircoonditioner was load and randomly beeping.

Clean and big rooms with a fantastic view on from high floors. The area is very local and old-fashioned korean, which for me was a great experience. You won't really find any touristic stuff here, though.

Fresh, clean and modern. Good location close to bus stops. Amazingly friendly receptionist. Highly recommend this hotel if you plan to go to Songdo.

I like that they always clean the room and provide coffee, tea, and bottles of water. They also provide me with a Korean charger to charge my phone and powerbank.

The food every morning is just repeated.

Needs to be refurbished (e.g., we have crushed mosquitoes on the ceiling), scratches a bit everywhere, mold in some places, fridge not cool enough, one of the windows was not opening.
