Songdo Blue Hotel

Location was good. It was quiet and easy to find.

There was rust on all the metal…corrosion on sink fixtures, rusted hinges on bathroom door, and even the bathroom mirror had tarnished silver. The lighting wasn’t very good. But there were plenty of clean towels, hot water, complimentary water bottles.

The couple running the hotel were nice and tried hard to communicate. We didn’t know Korean they didn’t know English. I’m trying to be nice.

It advertised shuttle but we had no idea how to get it. Turned out we had to call but they didn’t have our name for that time. Took a taxi but did get a ride back to the airport. Communication was a problem. Wouldn’t do it again.

The room was a good size and comfortable. There were no windows but we only needed to sleep before a flight so it was good. And the shuttle bus and parking was really good.

Owners are so nice. Free shuttle from airport.

Beds slightly uncomfortable.

Nobody in the hotel. I mean nobody speaks a word of English so it was difficult to get answers. I did use google translate but it was very hard

Actually it is not up to standard as a hotel, the facilities are too old. The door hande is loose, door lock not in function, bathroom facilities are too old and not in good condition, like the hand shower and bathtub, toothpaste and soap was not new, have mosquitos, no cups or mugs for hot drinks.

The staff/owners? where amazing and couldn't do enough for you. they went out of their way to help. above and beyond. lots of extras like vitamin drink and amenities pack to help recover from jetlag, shuttles to and from airport/port, water and drinks in room. perfect hosts.

Hairs in bath, no garden view, no separate living area and bedroom, no walkin shower as described by booking.com, however the staff/owners? (lovely lady and gentleman) made up for all that with going above and beyond.

The hotel has shuttle and it runs on time.The lady was very sweet.

Our plane for the next day was on 12:35pm. The driver set the take off time to 9:00 am.Because they do not offer breakfast, we wanted to change the take off time to 8:00 am to get breakfast at the airport. And it was refused by the front desk gentleman (not the driver).

The owner didn’t speak much English but made clear efforts to communicate with us.

There’s not a lot to do around the hotel.

The close proximity to ICN Airport and lady staff worker was very friendly. She offered me a commentary snack and drink after Check-Out.

Pretty run down and old furniture. A/C wasn’t working, and computer keyboard compartment was stuck. The most disappointing highlight was the airport to hotel shuttle wasn’t available as per advertised.

They said that they have a shuttle to the airport but it was not the true they told me there is no shuttle you should take a taxi

Super friendly staff. Lady in front gave us snacks and water. She tried her best to help us get a taxi in the area. The price for the hotel was extremely cheap ($50 for 1 room with 2 beds). Our last minute booking was swiftly set up by the staff because we need an emergency stay.

It's a 2 star hotel, so it doesn't look the best.

I noticed my airline does not provide the overnight accommodation after I have checked in. Therefor, searched on booking.com while I was awaiting for boarding. I was looking for a hotel near the Incheon airport with shuttle and this hotel came up. After I have booked it and on boarded, received the the emails from the owner who had stated that I need to call a Taxi (charged for $30 USD) to this hotel. Just want to know why booking.com has this hotel details says it has airport shuttle but actually not the case.

Courteous staff, bed was clean, soft and comfortable, quiet for good sleep, 25 mins from airport, convenient shuttle pick-up from airport, free courtesy drinks in refrigerator.

No shuttle service to return to airport, found body hairs in hotel room in 2 places including tub; could have been cleaner, bathroom facilities outdated; water flooded the floor during shower due to poor drainage.

it is a little bit difficult to buy some food,with the local people who can't speak English,especially if you land at night and on winter time

I chose this hotel, because they have the shuttle,But I can’t use the shuttle.They said the driver is not there.I have a bad feeling.

The location is perfect, lots of restaurants and supermarkets around the hotel. The lady at reception is super friendly, even she speaks very little of English, she was very kind with us, they waited us for 2 hours in the airport to pick up, and she offered us cake and water when we check out.We would stay again in the future.

The hotel is out of date, but it is still comfortable.
