Very helpful staff, ample charging lines, clean facilities and great location

Smell of smoking drifting in from the window at times

Hotel was near to subway so convenient to go somewhere else. It was cold season in korea during my stay and the hotel keeps us warm. Not so hard to looking for restaurants and convenience store. The staff were very nice. Will stay here again.

Big bathtub, great speed Internet

Stiff mattress, dark room, lack of shelves

The location was good, 2min walk from metro station, lots of shops and restaurants around. The room was very spacious. There is a big TV with free Netflix, Disney and YouTube.

The room was not clean (I found a nail clip on the bedstand), the bed and pillows especially very hard and uncomfortable. The shower is very hard to regulate, either cold water or very hit.The sink was partially clogged.There is one very small window, the room is very dark. Value for mony is not worth it.

Feels like a very old school hotel - it's even got a super old computer in the corner of the room for you to use - and not super well lit, but otherwise very clean and comfortable.

Foreigner friendly, super kind staff, and cleanly facility!

I spent two nights on Sunday and Monday and the weather in Inceon was very cold, below minus ten degrees Celsius. The room was warm and comfortable. In addition, the price of the room was very economical.

The bed sheet was so smelly because of the overdose of detergent for sterilization, disinfection, and bleaching.

I liked the location and how convenient it was to get to the subway. I liked the fact that it's located in a very occupied area. There were a lot of options for food and drinks.

The bed was a bit hard. The other issue I had was with the power outlets. I brought my laptop but I couldn't use it for too long because I couldn't charge it. I also have to point out the potential falling hazard in the bathroom.

Friendly enough staff, spacious room and bathroom with bath. Not far from subway stations to connect you to Seoul/Incheon airport.

We didn’t like the local area - very run down, and it was still a fair way to get to the airport so may as well have stayed in Seoul. Bed sheets were not clean, found hairs etc in the bed and the room just needed a good clean, bed also not comfortable. Also quite dark and dingy despite the generous size of the room.

Kinda ok. The hotel is quite old but fine for a couple of the nights to stay. On the one hand room had a lot of accessories: 4 bottles of water, chargers, netflix (worked but there was no sound), bath stuff and even a full PC! On the other hand it obviously have seen its best days and renovation is needed.

It smelled strange in the room, like somebody was smoking in it. Refrigerator worked like a truck. Bed was quite firm. Inchon area itself is quite depressing.

It is absolutely a jewel in the neighbourhood, cozy, quiet, and super clean. They serve ice for the freshly brewed coffee. If there is a shower curtain, that could make the bathroom dry.

Pillow is a bit strange.

The owner is really exceptionally friendly, as many others have mentioned already. The room itself was clean and really spacious. The subway is right around the corner which is also super convenient, especially if you have to go to the airport.

The matress was a little bit uncomfortable.

Location very near the train station, less than 5 minutes walk. The staff was helpful and allowed us to store our luggages before checking in as well.

Not a good place to stay in the winter. The tap water was freezing cold and the temperature in the toilet as well, no instructions on how to warm things up in the room. It was just cold everywhere. There was a heated bed at least.

- big room with comfortable bed;- bathroom amenities, big bath;- Netflix and wifi;- nice and helpfull staff;- it was very quiet and dark at night;- I couldn't hear the neibours;- it was near to the subway station.

- I could sometimes smell the cigarettes;- it was loud music on the hall all night, which I could hear in the room, if I didn't close the door of the shoe room.

Room was sufficiently good. Air-con was cold, but nothing too oppressing. Staff were excellently friendly and accommodating.

The room was great and clean, and full of handy appliances for good leisure - Computer, Netflix, huge bath, smart toilet, heated floors, etc. The shared kitchen and wash room downstairs was very handy, especially for us coming with our 1-year old daughter. The staff was extremely friendly and accommodating. The cleaning services are not limited to particular time, you can ask to clean the room pretty much anytime. We've made multiple requests not related to hotels direct responsibilities, but they were always eager to help! Plenty of nice restaurants around
