Location, view, facilities, convenience

The carpet was dirty and hadn't been steam cleaned in a while, the TV was small and I had to argue with the front desk about not paying extra for our child.

The place was clean and nice. Location is good and staff was helpful.

Only thing I didn’t like was the charger cable thing for my phone didn’t work. Other than that, it was a good, clean place.

Close to sky train station

They didn’t refill body soap and conditioner and the carpet is not properly clean.

The room was nice and comfy and although we had an issue with a leak in the ceiling of our bathroom, they immediately changed our room to a corner room that had a better view and some complimentary coffee and snacks too! The staff were very nice and helpful and the location was nice as well.

I stayed for one night while picking up a family member from the Incheon Global Campus. It was the best price for a room with two full size beds, located about a 30 minute walk from the campus and the large mall in the middle of Incheon. There is also a metro stop right outside. Check-in was fast and efficient. The room and bathroom were clean and comfortable and quite spacious and the beds were comfortable. There is a restaurant and convenience store on site. It's a quick trip in from the airport - about 40 dollars by taxi.

The fitness center was not very functional. It had two treadmills that I'm not sure worked and some kind of cable machine that didn't have any weights attached to it. Being quite small, there wasn't really any room to do anything else. The hotel is also not that close to anything, we stayed there for the price, so the balance is, location closer to the Incheon Global Campus equals more money, so we were happy to walk. If you're sightseeing in Seoul, this isn't really the place since the metro would take about an hour to get to anything.

They do not speak English and there is no staff to carry the goods. I paid the room fee in cash when I arrive. My friend paid in advance and the room was the same, but I paid twice as much as her.

Nice location, close to the park as well as the mall. The room is comfortable (toilet has different buttons), there are bottled refreshments (water, tea, candies, small cookie) which are freely provided close to the reception. There is also a personal wi-fi in the room and staffs are very helpful.

The location is good, very near to the subway. There's a convenient store below the hotel.

There isn't any eatery nearby. A bit of walking distant if needed.

The location of the hotel is very convenient, especially if you will visit Songdo Convensia for business. There is a bus stop and metro station nearby. The room was very clean and comfortable. The view of my room was beautiful. I did not use the Cafe therefore I have no idea about breakfast.

Couldn't think of any except at times the soap dispenser was hard to use (in need of refill).
