The room was clean, modern, and well equipped.

No luggage storage for someone who arrive prior to the check in time.

The room is super dirty!! Hairs and dust everywhere. It really seems like they didn’t clean it at all.

Total scam if you do not speak Korean. Could not even stay in the room and had to find another hotel. Booking.com does not show this as a kiosk hotel with ZERO staff. No staff, no waiting area, no message to get in. I thought at least I would find a way to stay at the hotel, but no, no messages how to enter on the day I arrived. Had to find another hotel to stay in. Impossible to check in. It would be fair and just to get a refund but I doubt it is possible from such a scam hotel taking advantage of non-Korean speakers. If anyone with a sense of fairness reads this, please ask the hotel for a refund and importantly to properly advertise on Booking.com. Interesting, I finally found a guy that booked the hotel that spoke English, Korean guy that was equally confused. He said I should an email at 15:00 with the details for entry but I never got an email. Book this hotel if you want to walk around until you find a real hotel. There are almost zero taxis in the area so I had to walk some distance with my luggage, total scam.

Not for old timer !! I"ve let someone is younger help me to checkin at Kiosk selfcheck. But the time i've checkout one worker came in at 8.15am helping me call the taxi (in Korea language). It shows on the booking.com that hotel has transfer to airport. Didn't mention calling taxi.

- no hot water in the shower- black and pink mould in the bathroom - dirty floors and cabinets- the check-in process is confusing - as someone mentioned below, the corridors look like prison

How we were on the 12th floor

The layout of the room and the bathroom. The bathroom shower got everything in the room wet. The showers had mold in there. The staff only gave us one towel to share among to people. When asked for more towels, we were told no. The beds were very uncomfortable. Also we didn’t have hot water in the room at first.

It had a bed to sleep in

It was so far from the station in the middle of nowhere. The room was not cleaned well. The bathroom was not cleaned well. It is advertised as having a kitchen and washing machine but when you get there you are not able to use the kitchen etc as there is no plates or cutlery. There is no washing liquid so you have to buy a full bag at the store for one wash? Crazy. And not practical. Also the place was kind of creepy.

Very close to the airport so that was great.Check in and check out was done with a machine so that was pretty easy to do.Bathroom was ok, the shower doesn't have a door so the area around the toilet gets very wet. Close to a train station so very easy to get to Seoul or the airport. There were also quite a few food shops nearby.The view from the room was lovely, especially at sunset.

The room basically looked like they stuck a huge bed in a small apartment, it was a little difficult to get around the bed as there wasn't much space.Unfortunately on our way out the next morning the fire alarm was blaring downstairs in the lobby and wasn't turning off. Weirdly just the lobby one was going off and the building one wasn't.The sliding door for the bathroom kept getting stuck.Bed sheets felt starchy and weren't great.

This hotel is self-service, and there's no receptionist. I needed to book a taxi from the hotel to the airport, but there was no information about how this could be done. I wrote a message to the hotel through Booking.com and asked how to order a taxi. I NEVER GOT AN ANSWER. So... I decided to use the airport shuttle bus service instead. This shuttle bus only runs 3 TIMES A DAY, which is ridicoulus. But luckily, it fitted my schedule. After checking out, I got outside and waited for the 9 AM bus. After waiting 20 minutes In THE POURING RAIN, the bus had still not arrived (9.10 AM). I was forced to run around in the rain with all my luggage, trying to pick up a taxi by myself. Seriously... this ruined the experience completely.

Beautiful view at 24th fr. And easy excess from subway & many shops.(*included free shuttle bus to Airport w/ reservation)

Convenient and clean

No hot water. Cold shower before a flight :(

Comfortable bed, convenient to the airport with restaurants and minimart close by.

Hot water didn't work and no one on site to respond to the problem.

Adjustable thermostat, everything you could need was give, responsive and nice staff, self checkin kiosk, good food all around.

one occasion where the blanket changed had a stain.

The checkin process was easy once you knew what to do. But there was a lack of signage at the beginning.

A great hotel as its close to the airport, only 3 stops away. Good if you have been in Seoul and have an early flight in the morning. A 24 hour convenience store is next to the hotel. Many eateries are near by. Its's a 45 minute train journey into Seoul station & city centre.

The self check in was a bit tricky as we arrived earlier than expected however we rang from the phone provided and a staff member came to assist us straight away. She spoke English and was very helpful.

Far from transportation. Airport shuttle gets full pretty quick. Taxi ride is costly.

The room was equiped with everything we needed, even with a washine machine, hanger, dryer, dental kit, tea and coffee and even more. The view was amazing as well.

There wasn't warm water in the room, but at least it was refreshing. And we didn't mind it so much because the room was amazing.

It was a very beautiful place. During my stay, I came across something special to Korean modern culture. The staff and the environment were very good. It took me 2 stops by metro from the airport. There was a Korean who helped me drag my suitcase while walking down the road with my 2 suitcases after I got off the subway. The environment and my stay at the hotel was very good. My room view was beautiful.

Best place. Easy to check-in, clean, nice, quiet, just perfect.
