ibis Styles Ambassador Incheon Airport T2

This hotel is new, modern and clean. It's super convenient to the airport and to the Inspire resort where I was headed. Because our bed and bedding were cozy. The shower had a rain shower and a hand shower.with good water pressure.

Its location was excellent to the airport. even though I arrived late and their shuttle bus stopped operating the alternate shuttle brought you within a min walk to the hotel. It was less than two mins to check in

Friendly staff even though I was a late check in. The room was plenty spacious for my needs and the quality toiletries were a nice touch! Great proximity to the airport and they offer a very convenient shuttle service.

The location

Room is super noisy you can hear airplanes passing and construction noise outside, the rooms aren’t fully blacked out and since it’s winter time in Korea you can’t turn on the A/C therefore it was super uncomfortable to sleep and hot

Food was quite poor, both the choices and quality. Tableware was dirty and when shared with the staff they were indifferent. I stayed there previously and the quality/service has declined.

Exercise room and hotel rooms were good.

The toilet was not working. We had to go to use facilities in the reception at night.

very loud, couldn't sleep; cannot charge my phone, outlets are blocked for use on purpose, when I called front desk, no one answered, when I came down to ask in person, the staff said the only way is to buy the charger converter from its store, why put several outlets here but all of them are blocked? You cannot insert the charger in. And it's not a very cheap hotel, $150/ night without breakfast

The entire hotel was amazing. Everything was clean, breakfast was AMAZING and the hospitality of the staff was second to none!

Room service operation. Ordered food which took over an hour to arrive (after multiple calls to the reception). And when it finally arrived, the food was cold. Breakfast buffet also seemed disorderly. There were many people while food was not being regularely replanished.

We were not told at check-in that the air conditioning was not working in the entire hotel. Room was really hot and we could not sleep. Windows are not soundproof and you can hear planes taking off all night.

Location was perfect for our travel also with an airport shuttle, it was exactly what we needed.

Our room was uncomfortably warm ( 80°F or 28° C). We were traveling mid May and needed a little air conditioning. We thought we had turned it on ( it said it was on) and we just roasted all night, even without blankets. I mentioned it in the morning and the staff said the the air conditioning for all the rooms was off. I can't imagine a hotel not catering to guests on something like a preferred temperature for the room.

I chose to stay here on mt last night in Korea , it's more convenient when you have an early flight , they shuttle is perfect too because i didn't need to call a taxi, th3 hotel is clean , spacious, and it has room service for those nights you don't want to get out of bed , it was perfect

The only thing i didn't likenis that there's not much privacy in the bathroom, the mirror on the wall is place at an angle that everyone from the bed can see the bathroom.

I had a very pleasant stay at this hotel. The location is extremely convenient, especially if you’re flying in or out, as it’s very close to the airport. The airport shuttle was a big plus — it was available as promised and ran exactly on time, which made my travel stress-free.Getting to downtown was also easy and affordable. Ubers were readily available, and the ride into the city was quick and straightforward. Overall, this hotel is a great choice for travelers who want airport convenience without sacrificing easy access to downtown.
