Location, room size, furnishings, and cleanliness

The location is great. The hand soap smells nice. The room wasn't that clean to begin with, but the cleaning staff was consistent during the duration of our stay. Negative: The staff was not accompaning to small issues.

There are other hotels on the same block that are more affordable and have better bedding and pillows. My wife and I slept poorly at the Oakwood. Awful pillows I slept way better at the Oraki hotel and it is just two buildings over. The Oraki was better.

staffs were so awful. i felt like they don't know what is customer services. also they even lied to me and treat me like a dumb. i asked to late check out on next day, and they only give me a '30'mins. even though next day wasn't full book.

From the view, to the people(all of them)- the courtesy, respect and care. The place is a high rise building that it feels like you’re on top of the word. Outstanding service Oakwood, I will be coming back.

the view from the room and the panoramic restaurant was awesome. located close to supermarket and shopping. room was immaculately clean and well laid out. service was good. staff at check in and concierge helpful and spoke good english

offer shuttle to the airport?

The facilities were well-maintained and the room was really spacious. There is a big supermarket right next to the hotel. It took less than 30mins to travel to the airport.

Great location and an amazing hotel. Wow! The two bedroom was spacious with everything you could ask for a kitchen, washing machine, TVs, steam shower, tv in bathrooms, lounge, large dining. Breakfast had friendly staff and the food was presented well. The best part, the bed was so comfortable.

Nice location. Nice views when clear weather. Nice and big rooms.

28 degrees is toi much heat in the rooms. No A/C during winter period. Only possibility to open windows to get cold air in - and still drops only to 24 degrees.

I visited this hotel many times. It’s always expensive but the service is great and the view is amazing if you manage to get a Central Park one.

For the check in the staff would not give me a Central Park view on the one bedroom premier room stating there were none available but when I told them I would then take a cheaper room instead suddenly one became available. Room was at 33 degrees when I got in for whatever reason and it took 2h to get to a decent temperature.Charging me 1$ for an extra bottle of water when you pay 300$ for the night is slightly funny

Paid amenities (toothbrush and shaver) although accomodation was already at a high price.

I liked that it was close to the convention center. The front desk staff was helpful and pleasant and the rooms spacious.

The dishwasher was a disgrace and should have been replaced. There was no microwave and the dishes and silverware were sparse. We had to ask for dishwasher powder several times as well as washing machine soap. We were told that if we did not wash the dishes we would be charged, but then there was no soap. The dishwasher did not do a good job, but there was not even a rack to wash them by hand. We were told to separate the trash, but then no bags were left to do so. One day my room was not cleaned or towels changed. The training for the service people is clearly not working. The price was high enough that these things should be solved. I was disappointed in the lack of service as well as simple things such as more than 2 coffee cups when 3 people are staying in the space. The tea was not replaced each day and I had to use my own. Very poorly done.

Great value, close to the Incheon Airport. Nice blackout curtains. I also liked that there is a bathroom and a furnished kitchen in the room. Breakfast was good, enough variety for me and a good taste of food. I liked the gym too, plenty of equipment for a general user. The comments about room furniture being slightly old and having to switch elevators on 36th floor are true, but I found everything operational and was satisfied with my stay.

Very poor

I left my iPad in the room when I checked out. After about 20 emails and messages not a single response. Once they have your money you are dead to them!

The hotel is located very conveniently in front of the central park Incheon. It has amazing views. The bar on top is very nice and cozy.

The cosmetics were rather average. The rooms was a bit worn out.

We love the set up in the rooms, beautiful view, close to supermarket, subway, moonlight festival park, Customer Service was excellent both in reception, lobby and restaurant.

I had two bad experiences with getting help booking a massage and facial. Both were not good experiences, the massage, hand body and foot place hurt my back, spoke zero English, I couldn’t even touch my back for days. I asked several times for her to stop, be more gentle, nothing, finally I just stopped the massage.
