Very convenient shuttle service from the airport even late at night!

The room was a little dirty but overall manageable. The lights would not turn out though. I would have rated it 2.5 stars at best, but can't expect much more for the price.

I called the shuttle and got a quick response, easy directions and they showed up within 15 mins. The staff made it easy to check in quickly, which was great because it was late. Finally, there were a number of shops open up close by so I could get a little food after a long trip.

The beds were so hard it was impossible to get comfortable. Pillows were very tiny and thin

The location was perfect for what we needed it for. Getting to and from the airport is super quick and easy. The staff is very friendly and helpful. They even let me check in a few hours early. The TV and Wi-Fi are good, and the rooms are super warm. The bed, and even the floor are heated. Considering that it is well below freezing outside, that was huge. I highly recommend Incheon Airport Hotel Zeumes.

The bathroom sink had a leak. There's a drain in the bedroom floor anyway, so it wasn't a huge problem. Probably an easy fix. It'll probably be fixed soon.

The room we occupied is very spacious. Bed is big enough for two persons. Bathroom is I think newly renovated and it is very clean. Hotel’s location is right in front of the Unseo Station. Hotel’s neighborhood is very good quite yet you can get everything from restaurants to shops.

Cleaning could be bit better

Recently remodeled room. Generally quiet so you can fall asleep at night. Friendly staff. Chill vibe. Literally catty-corner from Unseo subway station! And right next to a Starbucks.

If you know Korea, then you know all beds are hard. This bed is hard.

Free shuttle bus from and to Incheon Airport and the location itself is pretty close to teh airport.・Requested for a quiet room and got upgraded into spacious one.・Close to convenient stores and restaurants.

The WhatsApp contact account of hotel was basically useless if you prefer texting. I could only reach them by audio call. Therefore, if you're an introverted who's not fluent in English or Korean, get your courage up lol・Both the drivers I met from and to the airport were kind, but elderly male at reception desk somewhat seems impatient.・It was nice to have my room upgraded into more spacious room for free, but probably due to the location of the air conditioner which is next to the bed, I had dry skin problem after my stay. If you have sensitive skin, better to be prepared with hand-body lotion and lip cream.

Airport shuttle was very convenient and fast, room and bathroom was clean. Staff were friendly and helpful.

The hotel was clean and room big, close to the 24-hour stores and restaurants. We arrived at 12:40 am, and we can still eat in the restaurant. Front desk staff is nice, but 1 of the shuttle service drivers looks like he had a bad mood.

A really nice hotel near Incheon Airport - rooms are spacious and clean - everything you need after or before a flight. The staff are really helpful - you can book a free shuttle ride to the airport - starting at 5 am - we used it and it was really helpful, because our flight was quite early in the morning. We recommend this place.

The front desk was rude. The Communication about airport shuttle was poor. Luckily I was helped by airport staff who called the hotel to get details of shuttle pickup. I changed the next day shuttle pickup timing only once and the front desk mentioned that this will be final. The hotel did not provide even a cup of coffee.

Dirtier than the pictures. Rooms were very outdated. Stay once but not again.

Sink was clogged.

- Very polite staff.- They offer a free airport shuttle starting from 5am.- Spacious room, enough space to repack your luggages if you are heading to the airport. ;)- Great location close to Unseo station (where the AREX train stops).

- The bathroom floor could get very slippery after the shower.
