It had a good location and was clean and the staff was friendly. I liked that there was a shuttle to the airport.

The beds were hard as rock.

Nothing, only the staff were kind. We asked for refund and they understood the situation and they agreed.

So bad , tooooo dirty I have never ever had such this experience in my whole life, bad smell in the rooms, so much dust and there are blood spots on the bed sheets. Bathrooms were dirty,

Reasonable facilities for the price.

I attempted to contact Incheon Airtel multiple times through Booking.com messages and email and was ignored every time by Incheon Airtel. There was food such as toast available for guests but was very mouldy. Drinks were free and were ok. Place was hard to find as next door there are at least 3 hotels with similar names. Access to this hotel is through the garage.

Great place if arriving late by plane and need accommodation nearish to the airport. Cost me 17,000 Won in a taxi from the airport. Had a very late check in and they were more than helpful with that and quick directions to the nearest 7 Eleven. Easy check in. Very close to the metro and place has lots of coffee / snack options nearby.

Nothing really. Room did what I needed.

The hotel room was spacious with a ton of facilities. I appreciated the body wash, shampoo and conditioner and also the drinks stocked in the fridge. The beds were comfortable and its walking distance from restaurants.

Staff wasn't the friendliest, I understand it was late when I arrived so it may have been a long day for them but they weren't very patient so that was upsetting. Other than that everything was good.

Price and location

Freezing cold bathroom, we booked a room with three beds and the bathroom completely lacks any privacy. The sheets on the beds are so old that the pillow cases are discolored and brownish.

Comfortable bed with decent room size, clean and perfect location as it is closer to airport.

Too noisy around the area, due to main street and shops around the area. Room was pretty warm at night but if left the window open it was noisy, disturb one's sleep.

the location is only 10 minutes from the airport. the receptionist can help to call the taxi for you. the room is very comfortable for you to stay while waiting for your flight.

the location from the train station maybe around 10minute walk. a bit difficult if you have many heavy luggage. but its bearable. not to bad.

Location being close to the airport was a huge bonus after a long flight. Checkin staff was friendly and helpful, and spoke some English

Area felt shady. I wouldn't recommend solo females or family, but that could just be me

Really close to the airport. Room was fine, plenty of freebies (including condoms!!).

I was on the second floor and you could hear the noises from the street. It didn't bother me for 1 night.

Entire hotel smelled like smoke, unbearable to sleep. The room was dirty, hair in the bathroom/shower from previous guest, shower was sticky. Bed was not comfortable at all

Great location if you want to go or came from Incheon airport. Very useful for short stay. Otherwise there is nothing going on in surounding.

The location and airport access is great, just a quick train away. the staff were very kind and the wifi was fast :)

the electricity in our room didn’t seem to work? none of the lights in the main room & bathroom, facilities, or computers had power, except for the mini fridge?

Close to subway station.

I don’t like the front desk guy’s. The old man called a taxi for us who charged us kr 60,000.Way to much because when we get a taxi by our own it’s only kr 9,000for the same distance..The younger guy can’t speak/understand English well, rude and always using his phone even you are talking to him.

The location was convenient for getting to the airport

it's dirty, extremely noisy enough to not be able to sleep all night, the room smelled of smoke and stuffy, the room was run down, the toilet was dirty when we arrived.

the room was clean and the bed was comfy. The room was more spacious than I expected. The staff were lovely and helpful
