I thought the staff made things easy for me and super easy check in and check out. The printer was broken and they didnt' hesistate to help me get something printed and took care of it very quickly. I was impressed. The room was clean and great price!
I love that this is not your typical Howard Johnson. It was very modern and super convenient to the airport via train. Super clean and modern.

Rooms were too warm. AC didn’t work. A bit of mold on the ceiling in the shower.
Only thing was the location and easy access from the airport by rail. However, the access to the hotel from the rail was close, but hard to find the hotel entrance. They need to put their sign more visible for new customer.
Room is adequate. The room temperature didn't go higher than 20 C. We were kind of cold.
Friendly staff, excellent location right near the train station with plenty of options for food around. Spacious room.
Bed was rock hard, carpets and walls could use a refresh. There was a hair in my clean towel.

Great hotel, comfortable room, close to the airport area, many restaurants, shops and bars around, as well as a supermarket.
The location is REALLY nice for a short layover at Incheon, you have Lotte mart and Daiso near the hotel and the Uenso station extremely nearby ca 3-5 minutes. Unfortunately only 1 out of the 10 staff members we met were nice ?
How the staff treated both us and other customers. We got unwanted remarks and snarky attitudes. Other guest complained about the same thing in the elevator and on the way to the rooms.
