Location was fine

Air-conditioning was very weak did not cool the room. It was better to leave the window open but that that defeats the point of staying in a hotel.

Location.

The clerk (Justin Hong) told me my voucher had been canceled without proof of cancellation. I felt it's rude and unfair to a guest who had no idea of the accidental cancellation to force him to accept the fact without providing evidence of it.

Service, Transportation to and from the Airport was excellent. Room was very comfortable. I would stay again during my next trip to Korea.

Free Breakfast was not available.

I thought the staff made things easy for me and super easy check in and check out. The printer was broken and they didnt' hesistate to help me get something printed and took care of it very quickly. I was impressed. The room was clean and great price!

I love that this is not your typical Howard Johnson. It was very modern and super convenient to the airport via train. Super clean and modern.

Convenient, clean, comfortable except the room temperature.

Rooms were too warm. AC didn’t work. A bit of mold on the ceiling in the shower.

Only thing was the location and easy access from the airport by rail. However, the access to the hotel from the rail was close, but hard to find the hotel entrance. They need to put their sign more visible for new customer.

Room is adequate. The room temperature didn't go higher than 20 C. We were kind of cold.

Friendly staff, excellent location right near the train station with plenty of options for food around. Spacious room.

Bed was rock hard, carpets and walls could use a refresh. There was a hair in my clean towel.

It was nice, clean, modern and close to the airport. Everything what I need for a one night stopover!

The beds are very hard.

Great hotel, comfortable room, close to the airport area, many restaurants, shops and bars around, as well as a supermarket.

The location is REALLY nice for a short layover at Incheon, you have Lotte mart and Daiso near the hotel and the Uenso station extremely nearby ca 3-5 minutes. Unfortunately only 1 out of the 10 staff members we met were nice ?

How the staff treated both us and other customers. We got unwanted remarks and snarky attitudes. Other guest complained about the same thing in the elevator and on the way to the rooms.

Friendly staff, quick check-in procedure. Good location near the airport with many restaurants, fast food options and convenience stores nearby. Just one stop from ICN airport on the AREX train (station is just across the street. Beds were comfortable and perfect for a layover night.

Windows cannot be fully opened in the room. Bathroom was kind of small.

Tv was difficult to operate; One had no control of HVAC cooling option; only heat. To be fair, it was cold out, but I prefer to have control of my room’s temperature.

Location, Free basement parking, clean room

No toiletries. I would expect that basic ones like shampoo and shower gel would be provided. It only provided a small bar of soap.

They wanted to charge us 10 000 Won to check in 15 mins early..Alot of hairs in the ro wasn't cleaned properly
