Hotel Rancho Constanza & Cabañas de la Montaña

I liked the mountain lodge feel and all of the staff was very nice and attentive.

Some of the covers in the room were so old they were faded, stained, and ripped.

The staff was absolutely helpful, professional, and friendly. We reserved a 2-bed room for 3 adults on a motorcycle trip, yet for the same price the manager upgraded us to a pic perfect 2-bedroom, 3-bed family villa and included a fabulous breakfast.

Location was good.

Needs more attention, staff not trained in customer services. Also promoting breakfast included and they send you a menu to choose from that in the morning there’s no breakfast as they told us the cooker is pregnant and wasn’t feeling up to go to work that day. Poor WiFi.

The location is lovely

Needs more maintenance also more prepare staff poor communication skills, needed doble beds for my family they were charging triple the price when I got there, they promoted breakfast included, negative nothing available or served. False statement.

It is a beautiful setting, for sure. It is tranquil and, besides the barking dogs just across the property, it was a quiet night’s sleep. The place has a relatively charming vibe, overall. Just slightly worn around the edges. The staff were friendly when we checked in, and there was no one else coming into the main seating or dining area by the lobby, except for a couple young kids that may have been working there or hanging out with the staff. Otherwise, we weren’t sure if they were really employees the first night besides the woman at the front desk.

It did take almost an hour before they actually brought our breakfast, from the time that they said breakfast would start: 8:30am.

Specially the attention of "Luchi". Our receptionist! She is pretty, adorable, honest! I am really grateful with her. The flowers was beautiful!!!! The coffe and tea too.

Maybe the "timbre" of the entrance.

Noise from the street, restaurant was closet on renovation although there was not work been done, we ask to have the chimney fire one night and was not delivered

the room was not clean. the bathroom was clogged and the water did not drain. the pillow are extremely cheap.

The location has easy access to everything I'm Constanza.

I had reservation for 3 rooms with bookings but when I got there they only had two rooms for us. Not sure if it was a booking error or the staff at the hotel. They were nice to get us a small villa with 2 rooms but one with 2 beds.

This place is downright beautiful and the personnel is extremely friendly and welcoming. They went out of their way to make breakfast very early for us, to go, upon our check out. We’d definitely be staying with them again the next time we visit Constanza.

Everything was great. There was a bit of noise in the area but that’s not the hotel fault. I guess I’d like for them to have AC in the rooms just so we can close the windows. But is not like it was hot at all. Not even mosquitoes went in the room.

the whole property is very tired and poorly kept, the rooms are small and cramped; there was not a single hanger for the towels in the bathroom. very loud cars and motorbikes are passing by until late at night and very loud music could be heard all the time.the breakfast was very strange, no bread nor croissants of any kind were available.we paid for 4 nights but left after three

One of the worst hotels that I've stayed in. It's run-down apparently and badly needs renovation. The window curtain in my room fell down entirely and luckily no one was hurt. The flush in the toilet didn't function well. The knob didn't work properly. Breakfast didn't live up to our expectations. Stains on the towels.What made things worse is that a group of guests staying in the villa area had a party during the night at the patio. They made so loud noise that the whole hotel could hear it. My room, being the closest to the villa area, was the most impacted. Even at 3 o'clock in the morning they still yelled and laughed and sang to a loudspeaker they brought, never minding what other guests would feel. However, no one in the administration stopped them. Finally I couldn't bear it and at 2:00 a.m. I went downstairs to find some hotel staff. However, not a ghost could be found at the reception. Then I talked to that group of people directly but in vain. They continued with their event for more than an hour. I couldn't fall asleep until after 3 a.m. and the next day was spoiled.Moreover, I asked for the invoice/receipt at check-in, but till I checked out and left the hotel they didn't give it to me.

The property is so beautiful and relaxing. The staff are very friendly . The room was very clean and had a great view of the mountains. Hotel Rancho is very close to the town of Constanza. The breakfast menu was very good, but they only had a few options . The rooms didn’t have air conditioning but they had fans. During the night the weather gets cooler… My husband and I enjoyed the beautiful view and the garden. They also had Villas like houses that you can bring your family.. One of the Villas can fit a group of 12 .. I will recommend the Rancho of Constanza if you’re looking for a relaxing place!!!

The rooms didn’t have a coffee maker in the room and didn’t have an iron .. so bring your own… the WiFi was to slow in the room, but at soon as you were in the lobby the signal was strong..
