Staff is great, hotel is modern looking, bed was very comfortable

Room was dark (not a great experience if stuck inside), no hotel activities if there are no tours (board games are a nice touch but would have been really hard for those with small kids). Location is far off the main road (doesn't feel safe to walk alone)

The staff were amazing, very kind and attentive. They helped with organizing transfers to airport or the port. The breakfast at the hotel was as amazing with a lot of choices. The pool was clean and comfortable. They offer beach towels for the boat tours or the pool as well.

The WiFi could be a bit spotty on the third floor.

The rooms seemed newly refurbished - no old or dirty furniture as in other hotels in the Philippines. The food was great, they made an amazing ginger lemon tea. They also had a sauna which came in handy when it was raining. Everything seemed clean from the rooms to the pool. They were very attentive during check out and immediately came to our help to bring down the suitcases.

We only found out during check out that they had breakfast boxes to take with you - this would have been good to know for our tours. We also asked some staff to assist with booking the ferry but it seems like this was forgotten and we had to remind them on several occasions.Finally, we also wanted toe exchange 1000 PHP to pay our tuktuk but they had no money to exchange, which is something we never experienced before.

The rooms were large and very clean. The staff was exceptional. And the buffet breakfast was delicious.

Accommodating staff nice hotel with pool

I had a fantastic 4 nite stay at this Coron hotel including delightful breakfast Quiet and safe location . I applaud the hotel staff, all so friendly , helpful and kind . Shout out to Kuya Sonny for gifting me a carton of oatmilk for my daily preparation of my protein shake . Thank you all. Maraming salamat po?

Great staff. Pool was really nice to have given the warm days. Breakfast was excellent although started a little late (7AM) as we were supposed to meet for boat tours at 730. View from roof spectacular for sunrise/sunset.

We paid top dollar for family suite. This gave us more space but probably not worth the full price. The walk into town with kids was a bit harrowing due to the traffic but wouldn't be an issue without them. A trike ride to/from town ranged from 30-100 pesos depending on the driver.

The staff is absolutely amazing and helpful! Breakfast has great choices. Happy hour drinks were reasonably priced. The room is very clean. The hotel is about 15-20 minutes walk to the town proper. Would definitely stay there again next time!

The staff here are incredible. They are so polite and there to make sure you have a fantastic stay. The food is great and I really like the restaurant area by the pool. The pool area gets lots of sun the whole day, in case you would like a rest day by the pool. The location is good and plenty of parking space for a scooter. The room facilities are great and the air-con is modern. The beds are very comfy. There is a also a small sauna by the pool. I had a great stay and would recommend to other guests visiting Coron.

Everything was perfect.

After 2 days of stay we found a dead cockroach in between beds..they should clean the mattress and underneath the beds

Restaurant downstairs was great and convenient option for family to eat in front of the pool. It's a very nice atmosphere in the evening.

The hotel was beautiful and brand new. The staff were great. The room was very spacious and comfortable. The bar at the pool was a nice touch. Filtered water available on all levels. Infrared sauna available to use during the evening.

The location is further than it looks from Coron town. Getting to town includes walking up a steep hill (which was even harder due to the heat and humidity). If you are a smoker, the only designated smoking area is at the very front of the hotel in some dingy corner - not comfortable at all. My wife has allergies and the restaurant wasn't able to cater to them. So if you are vegan and/or gluten free, probably not the best place to stay. Also... roosters going off at all times of day and night. There is no lift, so you will need to slug yourself up and down stairs all the time. Therefore accessibility issues for those who cannot use stairs.

The location is perfect, it’s quiet although it’s near the town and the port. Kudos for keeping the place clean, room is spacious, WiFi is good also, staff is very accommodating.

Just a suggestion: A desktop/laptop that anyone can use to have a quick email check, quick research or online Check-in. I know WiFi works perfectly using our mobile phones but some sites doesn’t work well with the mobile ie Cebu Pac Check-in ?

Nice hotel. Nice room.There is a nice pool close to the bar and it’s possible to have lunch or snacks until 4pm. For dinner, there is an Italian restaurant at the hotel, pizzas are okay.It’s closer to the town, only 10 minutes walking and it’s possible to stop and catch a tricycle anytime if you walk a bit on the road.

The breakfast is good, but could have more fresh fruit and different types of bread.
