The staff - constantly attentive

We were in a moldy room with the AC unit right on the person on the top bunk

Incredible view! Incredible staff!

At first we thought oh wow we are so far from town but the free shuttle is great! Actually loved the breeze from the restaurant and huge deck and peace and quiet away from city centre

- the staff was very helpful, nice and friendly;- breakfast was ok;- the view was divine;- the room was big and had almost everything we needed;- complementary water;- shuttle transport from port;- van transfer to airport (you need to pay for it)- laundry (150 php per kg)

- the location is horrible (going up and down that hill can get exhausting; also the road that takes you up to the resort is poorly lit, sketchy and full of stray dogs);- waiting times for the free shuttle (van) can be pretty high; also a smaller tuk-tuk to work as a shuttle should have been more efficient for that type of traffic and terrain;- looks like most things in the resort were not renovated for a few years and are starting to wear down (break) pretty fast; - overall, I was expecting more from a resort and it was definitely not worth the price;

The hotel is nice and clean, very friendly and available staff, free shuttle to town, good breakfast, early check in available, comfortable bed and airport transfer arrangement, possible to pay by card without any additional fees

Some parts need rennovation, but overall I liked the place, away from the main street, calm and peaceful

There’s a free shuttle from the hotel to the town center that runs almost any time, which is super convenient.The staff are very welcoming and friendly.The view from the hotel is probably one of the best on the island.They also tried to accommodate my vegan breakfast request — and actually did quite a good job!

You can clearly hear noise from the neighboring rooms — it’s very disturbing.The location is also a bit far, and each tricycle ride to the center costs around 100 pesos one way.When I arrived, there was a wasp nest outside my window.On top of that, the pool wasn’t operational during the six days of our stay — really disappointing, and this should have been mentioned in advance!Maybe I made a mistake choosing a cheaper option, but I didn’t expect the room quality to be this low.I would’ve rather paid a bit more or simply chosen a different place altogether.

The pool was dirty, the rooms are small and there are insects always crawling in the room. Even a bat stuck in the hole in the room

Not clean and poorly maintained

The property is within Coron proper and they offer free shuttle service to all areas of town should you wish to go some places to buy something. I love it because the place was serene and away from the hustle and bustle of the busy town. The staff were all very friendly and accomodating and would go out of your way to make your stay as enjoyable. We booked the tours through them and they made sure we did not have any problem. They even lent us beach towels for us to use during our tours. Breakfast was superb and you did not have to taste the same dish each day. All were carefully and deliciously prepared. The restaurant food was also very good when you choose to dine in for dinner. The roofdeck and open restaurant was a come on to tourists especially that it has a very nice view of the town proper and the Coron Bay. We like our room especially because we got the treehouse room. It was unique and has lots of privacy.

The toilet though in our room (treehouse) could use some adjustments. A seperator at least of a shower curtain from the bathroom and the toilet would have made it convenient so as not to drench the supposedly dry areas with water when you shower. Fluffier or more pillows at least for the room is a plus. Housekeeping services for room clean up should be coordinated with the front desk because they do not have a spare key of the room i think. We requested for a clean up twice and the room was not cleaned because we brought the room key with us when we went out for our tours. Overall, we had a wonderful stay. We will choose this hotel again in the future when we visit Coron. ❤️

Location. Tough walk up the hill when returning from town if you’re walking. Many trikes will not take to the resort. No exercise room.

Superb view .We are at the top.The resto and bar is really good.The swimming pool is clean . It’s perfect for the price. I like all staff smiling and accommodating.I feel safe , guards are helpful and really doing their job. Excellent . They have FREE rides going in and out of the hotel. Excellent The most important it is clean and really good breakfast.

Nothing .It’s not about the property. Remind the readers comments that they charge early check in and late check out. Most of North America hotel doesn’t charge early check in and late check out as long as it’s not occupied.

Pool was dirty and very very difficult access. As always with booking . Com the hotels give you the worst rooms !

Amazing view, excellent dive shop with very capable guides and incredible value. Friendly and helpful staff. Nice pool even if it was raining when I wanted to use it. Free shuttle downtown though it's pretty close and I just ended up walking.

Rooms are a bit dated, shower didn't have great pressure, and bedding wasn't as clean as it could have been. But no major issues otherwise. Breakfast was just OK.

Nice view from some (but not all) of the rooms, and the dining area. Pool is okay. Breakfast was surprisingly good, with cool electronic music playing which created good vibes. Property was clean and well-maintained.

The biggest downside for me was the location, as the hotel is not really walkable to town (it is, but it's a long walk). The property tries to address this with a complimentary shuttle, but I found the shuttle to be highly unpredictable, sometimes requiring 30-40+ minute waits. You can't reserve it, although they don't tell you this. When I asked the front desk to call me a taxi/tuk-tuk, they said there was no one they could call -- which I found very strange. Similarly, I appreciated that there was an airport shuttle, but they give a 30 minute window of time when it may leave -- I'm not sure why they can't just specify a time, or perhaps a 10 minute window at least. Also note that some rooms, such as mine, face completely the wrong direction and have no view at all -- which sort of negates the whole purpose of staying here in the first place. Overall, the hotel seems like they're trying to do a lot of things right, but has a few kinks to work out.

Mould in bathroom, just needs some mould spray and unsure why they wouldn't do this. Sand in bed which is a horrible feeling.

It was awesome from check in to check out! Our flight back to Manila was cancelled due to Typhoon Enteng, so we stayed for another day. No additional questions asked, front desk agreed for us to extend our stay and make use of the amenities. I work from home so I have to be online. Their WiFi is pretty stable.
