Staff goes out of their way to assist you. The service was more than 4 star. Rooftop deck with view is huge bonus. Best hotel in Coron.

Beds a bit hard but seemed typical for this region.

Best hotel in Coron Palawan. Great buffet breakfast was included. Shuttle to and from airport was excellent ( $4 fee) Great job by hotel arranging tours and transport

It is boutique, well appointed and the staff amazing!

Nothing really except that the wifi in our room (Mara) was unstable but it works just fine in other places in the property.

Quiet location, super friendly staff, many give aways, very nice and modern rooms.

Dinner buffet and breakfast buffet were a bit sparse.

Great resort, rooms are large and beautiful with very comfy beds and a great shower. They give you little treats and surprises that make you want to stay! Easy to catch a took took into town and it only costs 30 php pax.

It’s beautiful. Replenished the extra drinks in your room daily. Turn down desserts were a nice touch.

Most of the rooms were similar in size so paying more (like I did) was unnecessary and frustrating. Power cuts in the night woke me. And coulda offered lotion/robes/slippers to make it feel more luxurious.

Gorgeous room and facilities! Wonderful service! Fantastic breakfast buffet! Get the mango shake!

It was a little far from the main city and the beach. Wish I was able to walk to more of the sites around town.

Alex at the Front desk was Fabulous! He helped rebook tours and find our way around town. Every staff member greeted us everyday with hello and a smile/ not one exception. Enjoyed the Breakfsst buffet every morning with a very nice selection of food.

The room safe was down on the floor and we had to down on or hands and knees with our phone flashlight to open and close it. The key to the room was difficult to lock and unlock.

Room was quiet and clean, good shower. Daily treats and drinks were nice. Accomodating staff. Facilities incl. multiple pools were good as well.

Very nice hotel a few minutes by tricycle out of Coron Town. Staff were outstanding!! We arrived on the early flight, they were able to provide us a waiting room before ours was ready at 1400. I am sure that they can't always do this but they did it for us and it was appreciated. I am 60 so appreciate that people look out for my wellbeing. Facilities were very good, lovely breakfast, high quality hotel.

It was all great. As a New Zealander we always have to remember we cannot compare it to our own country. It was higher end cost, but as you are close to the gateway to one of the nicest island areas in the world, it was well worth it. Don't expect fancy tarseal roads, hotel is in a semi rural sitting, you might see a dog or a goat going past the hotel, all part of the ambience. A great place, thanks to all the team at Funny Lion.

Best stay for our family of four! Super comfortable, great resort with dining options.

Fantastic boutique hotel on the outskirts of town with views across the bay from the rooftop bar. Two pools and two restaurants with plenty of food and drink options. Staff very welcoming and attentive to your wants and needs. Plenty of space for all guests. Rooms are large and have some great little personal touches

The staff here are truly outstanding - so many smiling faces and kind words. There are too many to name individually but as a whole they make time at this hotel very special. Maria needs a special mention as her massage was one of the best I’ve ever had. Our anniversary dinner was romantic and touching. We can’t say enough about the service here - thank you all for a special stay! ?

Very relaxing, great facilities. The little free extras such as the Popsicles and snacks were a nice touch. All of the staff were very friendly and approachable, shout out to Jem! A short and fun jeepney into town. Rooftop Bar and facilities are a bonus with happy hour cocktails and beers.

Loved this hotel. Felt so luxe for a hotel in Coron- but also pricey. Staff was great, rooms were huge and so modern and esthetic. Breakfast was decent, not the best pools and a little bit far from downtown but I would def come back for the ambiance and service !!!

An ideal location to recover from jet lag - peaceful as it’s just outside the main town and very clean, comfortable and welcoming.

Nothing to dislike. The main swimming pool could be deeper and with more lounge chairs but a very minor issue.

The staff were so friendly and helpful, couldn’t do enough for us. They even let me belated birthday treats in my room. The rooms were great. Beds comfy. Great shower. Pool was lovely, food and cocktails amazing. The views from the roof top bar were stunning

The whole experience was awesome. Beautiful staff, very welcome, great little touches along the way that made The Funny Lion feel unique. Delicious breakfast, two pools and a great rooftop bar. We only stayed for one night but we would have loved to stay for more. They also very kindly made the stay for our honeymoon a special one.

The staff were overwhelmingly helpful, gracious and friendly. We felt very well taken care of at all times. They went above and beyond for me by creating a lovely little birthday celebration knowing that my birthday had been in the last week of our stay. It was so heartwarming and lovely! We would recommend this place to everyone looking for a place in Coron!

Has a nice deck overlooking the water. Good buffet. Can recommend getting a pizza on the deck during happy hours. Pool was nice since it’s away from the beach. Very friendly staff.

It’s a little out of town and there is no elevator for those who might need it.
