Lagoon Coron

Room was nice and the bed comfortable. Soundproofing was great as there is huge construction right next door with huge bangs and machinery. You occasionally hear a rooster. Pool is amazing and good lawn chairs and always shade.

Terrible Wi-Fi and no cell signal in the back rooms. Breakfast is aweful and no protein or fruit choices. Hamburger was barely edible.

Staff very helpful and went above and beyond.

Rooms could use some TLC especially the bathrooms. Shower has mold and a little dated. Pool needs attention. Algae growing on steps and edges of pool where finish has worn off.

The pool was amazing plus the staff made me feel comfortable since I missed my flight before and gave me a taxi to ride around it was soo dope.

What I didn''t like was that I wasnt able to stay there long because I had to leave for makati. But over all everything was amazing.

Food was good but limited choices. Room was clean and spacious. Had a nice balcony with towel rack to hang wet clothes. Staff was nice and helpful. Very clean, beds comfortable but floors slippery when wet and are mopped often. Air conditioner worked well

Shower water leaks on to bathroom floor. Had 2 small worms come out of cracks while showering. Eeeewwww! No wash cloth and only one worn hand towel. They provide one small bottled water but faucet water is not potable so cannot drink it.

The cleanliness of the premises and the room. And the promptness of the staff.

There was no phone network and WiFi reception at all. Plus the television also had poor connection.

Family friendly hotel...most of the staff were nice.

The restaurant served delicious food. Whatever we ordered, it always tasted great. If they offered free breakfast, this hotel would rate 12/10! I loved the convenience of having a place to hang our wet swimsuits in the balcony and the shower was enclosed from the whole bathroom so the floor stayed dry. It was the closest design to the bathroom in the US.

I was disappointed that we didn’t get the room we reserved for the dorm type room. On the other hand, I’m glad they were still able to give us 2 rooms next to each other.

Location was a bit out of town

The entire place felt like a relaxing resort getaway. We liked that it wasn’t right in the main town area, so it wasn’t as loud. Downtown isn’t far though to take a tryke to for dinner, which is convenient. Staff were very helpful and friendly. Had lots to offer in buffet breakfast, pool, and a bar.

We didn't do the breakfast.. The location I gel was great.. It seemed to to right in the middle between the airport and the town center..

Not having a microwave in the room would be about my only complaint..

The price is affordable and the rooms are great. Nice and friendly staffs! Thank you for your service!

There were bugs sa bed, nag ka bedbugs bite ako sa katawan, so now may rashes.

Cheap and offered dormitory rooms where a big group or large family could share a space in. The food at the hotel’s restaurant was pretty yummy but it wasnt free sadly. Staff was overall friendly and helpful. Gave my husband a cup of vinegar to soak his toe in that got pricked by a sea urchin haha

My sister who had a separate room unfortunately had to deal with a very smelly and moldy room which made my brother in law throw up

I like how spacious the room and the pool area.

First is how the hotel staff handled both our check in and checkout process. Upon check in I was informed that I will not get the room I book for our group due to system glitch and offered 2 rooms instead which I agree (very inconvenient as a family). Also at time of check in I clarified if the charge is for both rooms and hotel staff said yes. At check out since I am leaving first due to early flight I ask again the hotel staff again if I have pending amount to settle and hotel staff that none. When I arrive at the airport my brother called me and advised I need to settle the other room. Im all good in paying those amount but seems like their staff do not communicate to each other and how they handle each situation and reactive. Will definitely no longer stay at this property.Also location wise its a bit far from the town and there are time when a bad smell is coming out of the comfort room.

This resort is a 40/50 PHP ride out of Coron proper. The staff would whistle for a tuk tuk/tricycle when you wanted to go. It was not a long trip in, about 10/15 minutes .This meant it was a more affordable place to stay possibly with bigger rooms etc. The twin room was fine, the air con was a bit noisy but it did the trick. The pool was a great size and I used it alot.You could refill your own water bottles from the eating area, there's a cold water dispenser there. I thought the buffet breakfast was a bit expensive at 445 PHP but there was a variety of food and if you planned to eat alot then it probably was value for money. The omelette I ordered on its own was perfect and I think 165 PHP. All up it's a decent place to stay, I think you can cross the road and swim in their sister hotel there. I didn't do it but I think it's at no cost. Wifi was good, there were no hidden or extra costs.

The distance from the main town could have been an issue, but as I was travelling in the opposite direction three days out of my stay it was perfect for my needs.

clean, location is perfect the have transportation for you to go anywhere, very comfortable and staff are very welcome and nice, big pools clean too love it i will stay again.

The hotel is very nice with very friendly and helpful staff. Breakfast was exceprionally good with a lots of options to choose from. The restaurant part was also good and the food was pretty delicious.The pool was also nice, clean and big. Room was relatively big and comfortable.Definetly a recommended accomodation to stay at Coron.

The first room we got was quite close to a big cooling fan and was noisy, but we could negotiate with the hotel to change room. The airco unit installed in the room was also a bit noisy and had no remote control possibility.

Centrally located, value for money.
