Overall, the stay was disappointing, despite the good location and helpful staff.

The location is good, with plenty of restaurants and bars on the street, but it does get noisy if you’re trying to sleep early. The room is very basic, the beds aren’t comfortable, and the AC doesn’t work properly — it’s far too weak. Hot water is minimal, and the toilets are just as basic. The tours we booked with them where good + good prices. There’s no lift, only stairs, and there’s no coffee machine or kettle in the room, so you have to go downstairs every time you want a coffee, which is honestly ridiculous for the price we paid. Buy a kettle for each room! The water pressure is terrible as well.The pool is okay, but don’t expect much.The only positive is that the staff are very helpful.

The room was really spacious as well as the bathroom. It’s close to many restaurants, laundry mat and stores so it’s very convenient to walk around the area. I like the view of the streets from our room.

I booked this hotel specifically because of the indoor pool but I wasn’t able to use it because it didn’t look it’s getting cleaned regularly. They don’t have free wifi which very inconvenient given that the signal in the area is quite poor. I saw some damages in the room that need fixing specially the ceiling which I’m not sure if it was caused by molds or just water leakage.

Clean cups were not always available. A bit inconvenient to have to get the cups on main floor.

location and price.

Not efficient staff. Not proactive. My wife missed breakfast because server was not attentive. She waited 30 min. All of us were given meals but missed 1more bfast. Had to leave bec flight was 10am.

I like the size of the room. Although it was on the 3rd floor, the room was big enough for 4 or 5 people. There was a mini living room and the shower and toilet were separate so it helped when there were many of us who want to use each at the same time. The aircon also worked well. The room was in the 3rd floor so we had some sort of a balcony which had a nice view of the small street below. There is no elevator so if you have big luggage, you should be ready to carry them through the stairs. The location was superb as it was near everything.

I guess the shower room needed improvement. The showerhead had some holes where no water came out and the drain was a bit slow so if you're taking a shower and don't stop from time to time, the floor will be flooded with water. Also, there was no bath rug when we went into the room, we had to ask for one in the front desk.

Nothing not recommended to stay here

DO NOT BOOK OR STAY HERE. Not recommend very dirty and property is not secured. Beds are broken. We immediately look for another accommodation as soon as we see the room. We asked for the refund we never got any feedback at all.

The location is perfect. There are a lot of stores nearby, reastaurant, souvenir shops and even a pharmacy.

The facilities. When we got there, the bathroom is clogged, it took overnight before it was repaired. To he fair the concierge let us use some of the vacabt room so we could take a bath but it was so hassle because we are at the 3rd floor and the room was in 2nd floor

Great location!! Right in the center of town. Staff very nice and helpful. Good AC and comfortable beds.

Could use some upgrades in the bathroom. Door to the patio didn’t lock. It was quiet our first night but on Friday there was loud music coming from the surrounding restaurants.

The room facilities have to be improved, for example the shower head of which almost drops water that comes out. The aircon is a somewhat old type that the cold can't manage to keep cold and has a smell. The towels were old. Maybe just because I have a standard room type. My other family's room seemed nice though. The building itself and location are superb. But thank you, it's worth choosing Treetop on our Coron Trip.

So improve the facilities especially the standard rooms, like shower head, and put a room freshener.

Location. Its at the town proper. You can walk towards mt. Tapyas and towards port and nearby restaurants

Room is old needed maintenance. Upon arrival shower was not working. Sink drains slow. Headboard peeling. Tiles in the bathroom looked like algae growing.

It is close to all restaurant within coron.

The AC barely work, and the sheets were not so clean. Ants can easily get in the room and dust under the bed was not clean prior to our check in.

What i like about the property is mainly the location. It’s at the heart of the commercial area so everything is accessible. The staff were aloof but nice once you manage to corner them, lol. I liked that whenever I requested for a room cleaning, they immediately attended to it. They also have 24-hour free coffee so it was a good thing because i worked the graveyard while there.

Poor water supply. I guess the entire Coron is short of water because the weather was still too hot and dry even during May. I believe the hotel uses deep well water because it’s yellowish and it made my hair hard and sticky and when my taking a bath, the soap barely works on my skin, like it couldn’t produce lather, lol!

Good location. Busy area. There are a lot of food establishments around the hotel.

The water from the faucet is yellowish. The smell of the water from the toilet bowl is bad, too smelly even if you flush the toilet many times. The swimming pool is just for show. It's dirty! You can't swim on it.The water is yellowish and it seems that it hasn't been clean for ages.

Location in the center of the town and walkable to many restaurants and bars.

Rooms were very dirty- dust webs under the room table and dirt stains in parts of the room- and not well-maintained. Water in sink, bidet, and shower was dirty/brown/yellow during most of our stay and staff didn’t do anything about it. Staff and front desk personnel don’t seem to know how to do their jobs well.

Breakfast is ok and the server is nice.

They only have limited outlets for charging and you still have to request for cleaning your room or even adding sauce to your food during breakfast

The location was great and the staff provided good information upon check in.

The sink faucet kept falling off. The bathroom drain stinks like pee. The shower has very very very low pressure and almost no water. The toilet tank had the same issue, slowly filled with brown water and took over 10 minutes to fill again for a proper flush, we opted to use the restroom in the breakfast area that was not stocked with toilet paper. We asked the front desk to check it out, they asked for our key but since we were heading up to our room, told them we will go up too. They never showed up. Breakfast was good and the staff were nice. The AC in the room was not very cold for the space of the room and the profile picture of the hotel in Booking is NOT how it looked like in real life.
