Very clean.

There needs to be a fan in the gym. It is too hot in there while exercising when there is no air flow.

Great pools, nice layout, breakfast was good and staff was nice

Free WiFi in lobby literally worthless and the $2 per day WiFi wasn't all that much better Our premium deluxe room was spacious(especially bathroom) and nice but carpet was disgusting (stains and torn)

3 pools, decent restaurant, generally helpful staff

no air conditioning in the fitness center, wifi only allowed 1 device per room

The staff were very attentive and friendly

Says free shuttle to airport but we’re not able to take it either way to either it being full or shuttle times didn’t line up. Food at the hotel was expensive, small and just average (4 different pastas were ordered).

The room was not available upon check-in and have to wait for a while. No one came to get us from the cafe when the room became available and we have to follow-up ourselves.

Far from town, not walkable!

The pools were nice, staff friendly and services were prompt.

They request payment by credit card or cash after each meal, not letting us charge anything to the room to pay it all at once upon check out, which we found to be inconvenient.

If you trust what they advertise - airport shuttle - forget it. We took a taxi to the hotel, that's ok, we didn't had to wait 1 hour fir driver.But during our way back to the airport the reception told us that they called our room 3 times (totally lie), the transfer was not available.Cockroaches. Smell.Terrible experience, even we booked a night because we needed just 3 hours.Stay away.

This was a good place to stay, nice and clean

During checkout, my card was charged twice for the same amount for food and spa services. While one charge was eventually refunded, the process was slow and resulted in a financial discrepancy due to currency and card fees.More concerning was the lack of timely and clear communication from the hotel when I followed up multiple times to resolve the issue. The matter required significant effort on my side.Overall stay was fine, but payment handling and post-stay customer support need improvement.

Beautiful new resort with great facilities and rooms

- Only small plastic water bottles provided creating a lot of plastic waste in just a few days. Why no dispenser, refillable container or refillable glass bottles in such a nature sensitive area without proper waste management?- The restaurant is not well run: breakfast is quite expensive but this is not reflected in the available options, half the items during breakfast buffet wasn't replenished, at dinner half the menu was unavailable, they offered to prepare breakfast at 5am but it wasn't prepared at the day itself so we paid for that but only partially received since we had to leave of course...

The property is located just a little outside the town making it less busy outside but still accessible. The rooms in our suites were huge and each had their bathroom. The hotel provided easy transfer from airport to the hotel.

They would only provide 2 keys to a suite for 5 adults with one key used to power the room.

I was able to use my days I missed there because of typhoon , for another stay coming this march

Staff are lovely people, untrained, no idea what to do but lovely.Hotel property is very nice, 4 pools etc. Could be an excellent location.

Worst managed hotel I have ever experienced. No managers available in the restaurant or hotel when I asked. It took over an hour to check in at 4.30 pm although we were advised the rooms were ready with no que at reception. It took 1.5 hours to get a meal in the restaurant, many items not available, wrong orders delivered etc. No management available to discuss.Although no pets are allowed in the hotel I stepped into dog dirt when getting out of the swimming pool.Lovely kids doing their best in the hotel with absolutely no training, direction or management. Pity because it could be a nice hotel. I would avoid unless you don't have a choice.

Amateur staff. We booked ahead of time of course. we are expecting that the room are in order however, we have to call the receptionist to fix the refrigerator, safe dep, remote control for TV has no battery. We rented a towel for 100php. We thought we could you use it for our whole stay. The hotel staff was desperately waiting for us outside the hotel to collect the beach towel at de end of the day. ? Bed uncomfy.

Rooms and facilities are clean, staff were so friendly and accommodating. Breakfast was good.

No microwave in the room.
