The staff were phenomenal, especially bartender who worked at night at the poolside bar. He went above and beyond! I’d stay here again just because of him.

Awesome, friendly staff & yummy food! ?

We loved everything about this hotel. Great location, shuttle service to and from the airport, delicious food, friendly staff, breathtaking views from the room, spacious and well-equipped room, cleanliness everywhere, and many other options: massages, beauty treatments, excursions, etc. We even regretted not spending our entire vacation there—it's truly a place we want to return to, and we wholeheartedly recommend this hotel. We would like to give special thanks to the waiter who served us every evening—a very educated young man. We had interesting conversations, and thanks to him, we tried Filipino cuisine without fear that we wouldn't like it.

Very nice place, love the location & pool amenities. The staff were friendly and courteous throughout our visit. During our recent stay, my daughter unfortunately felt sick, and we had to take her to a local ER in the middle of the night. The staff went above and beyond to assist us, and I truly appreciate their help during that stressful moment.The food was excellent, and the breakfast buffet offered a wide selection of delicious dishes to choose from. Overall, we had a wonderful time, and I will definitely stay here again on my next visit!

During our stay, we experienced brownouts for an hour almost every afternoon ofnour stay. Though we were notified ahead of time but it was an inconvenience sometimes when you try to rest and the room have mo a/c & dark, but understandable. I hope they’re able to fix the problem.

As much bottled water and coffee as we wanted was included. The configuration of the room was fun. Beachfront. 4 pools. Swim up bar. Breakfast was great.

The configuration of the room is a bit dangerous for small children with no wall off the edge of the lofted beds. The corridors could be cleaner. Really wish it was a swimmable beach. Somehow the buffet breakfast was really great but most other food we ordered for lunch or dinner was just okay. The pillows are huge. No conditioner provided. Really weak internet that kept dropping. The power went out a couple times. And no cell service, just WiFi calls.

Facility is clean, well maintained. Well and adequately staff hotel and very accommodating and welcoming.

pricy - shuttle service should not be an extra cost and included in their high daily rate. Not much choices on breakfast dishes compared to other resort of lesser value, i. e Boracay.

The rooms were spacious and clean, and the staff were extremely friendly. Also, loved how close we were to town. Definitely somewhere I would stay again!

Our bathroom did smell like sewage at times, but it went away pretty quickly after turning on the vent.

It was beautiful. The spa was so serene and priced nicely. The staff was helpful and the ammenities were great, the pools are beautiful and so are the views. The room was beautoful and the beg was massive. The location is pretty good, about a 10 minute walk to town. 24/7 staff in reception was great since we had a 4:30am pick up time for an excursion, we were able to get towels to take with us at 4:30 am, which I appreciated,

The restaurant was alright. It was convienient though. Breakfast was ok, there was a large selection but most of the food was cold about 30 minutes after breakfast started.

The rooms were large. The pools were excellent. It was not too far from town. The balconies were nice. The shower had good water pressure and had plenty of hot water unlike some other places.

The service in the bistro was atrocious. It took them 30 minutes just to take our drinks order and every time we wanted to order something we had to go and find them. The dessert came partially frozen and wrapped in plastic. The service was generally officious and poor across the whole hotel experience.

The staff was very helpful, and the option to pay for everything by card. By the way, the room was very big!

I would have liked the option to have a fresh coffee at breakfast, i.e., americano or cappuccino, and not only brewed coffee.

- Location is very far from town- Breakfast is not great, food does not seem fresh- Limited gym facilities- Flexibility in case of typhoons and force majeure, they will not refund you at all cost- Limited bathroom amenities (options and quantity)- If you turn on the AC, it makes such big noise. You won’t be able to sleep.

Our stay at Zuri Hotel was an absolute delight. The hotel is beautiful, modern, and has a truly relaxing atmosphere. We were especially impressed by how spacious the room was—it was more than enough space for us to comfortably settle in.The breakfast was another highlight of our trip. The food was delicious and there were so many options to choose from, making every morning a treat. I can't recommend this hotel enough for a wonderful and memorable getaway
