Coron Casa Hotel

Location was perfect.

Door knobs busted, room smell molds, lot of mosquitoes inside the room, dirty towels. Everytime you need something or request you need to go down. No telephone inside the room.

It was in the center of the city. Accessible to almost everything.

Poor response to queries. Did not even want to share mobile number so we can communicate directly like airport transfers.

Right in the middle of Coron's tourist area, with lots of restaurants and ameneties nearby. You can just walk around to get wherever and whichever you need.

Water ran brown initially. Water is also very hard but that may be due to the town's general situation.

Clean, comfortable, and convenient! Helpful staff. I appreciated being able to store luggage, and for the help arranging transport to the airport. Central location. Would recommend!

Loud music from nearby establishments, sometimes both early in the morning and at night. A few mosquitoes also snuck into my room.

Staff was not accommodating. And we were assigned with a top floor room.

Beds are good. Rooms are clean. Location of the property is perfect.

Casa Coron offers free drinking water and coffee. However, the water dispenser was not working properly during our stay. Although, we were able to avail of the same facilities at their other property (Ecolodge) which is just right across. All good! ?

Literally in the town proper. Clean, the staff are friendly, working ac, great source of water, strong wifi, the breakfast is Superb.

Newer looking. Clean rooms. Centered well. Staff very helpful.

Shower in one room did not work. Cold water and sprayed everywhere in the restroom. Impossible to keep anything dry.

Rooms need a renovation

A dirty nasty place the hotel was lacking. Any towels upon check-in or later during the day expect to go to the store and buy your own towels to shower with or any toiletries they do not provide soap or anything now this place is very dirty.

There’s nothing I liked about this property. The staff was not friendly at all and they just don’t care about cast.

Location was great. Located close to great places to eat and shop. Rooms were good sized.

Safes in the room are not secured to anything. I had to carry it to the office when the batteries to the push button control became dislodged.

it was a horrible stay and Hotel.

Poor vaule and dirty rooms.No internet don’t work anywhere or anytime.No hot water.Water pressure is low and water is brown.No soap body or hair provided.Staff don’t care abount guest.No shower towels it’s a Major issue that happen to many guest including myself.Restaurant, dirty staff drops table cleaning rags on ground then uses them to clean floors & tables without cleaning rags after floor.What towel they give me is a tolite floor mats cause they out of towels daily.Black mold and rotten wood in rooms.Don’t expect any towels in room at check in, I asked for towels and the lady never came back she was found sitting down doing nothing.I said thanks for not coming back and having respect.Plan on having to go out and try and buy towels and stuff that they don’t have.Tolite don’t flush & leak onto floors with Pooh dirty water. I would not recommend.Front desk tall thin lady comes and starts yelling you can’t site here unless you stay.Excuse me ma’am I am staying here if you stop playing on your phone each all day you notice who your guest are that been here 4 days.

Excellent value and nice rooms.

It was loud at night and only wifi in the lobby in which there was only a couple of chairs to sit.
